About Saudi National Day 2027
Saudi National Day marks the unification of the Kingdom and is observed every year on 23 September. In 2027 that date falls on Thursday. The date itself is fixed and published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; everything built around it — concerts, corporate ceremonies, mall programmes, community events — is organised separately by companies, venues, malls and public bodies.
For marketing and internal-communications teams that means planning starts long before any public schedule appears. Budgets, venue holds, stage sizes, screen content and crew are usually locked weeks ahead, then adjusted once the surrounding programme becomes clear.
The Concept WLL works on that commercial side of the occasion: the employee celebration in a hotel ballroom or head-office atrium, the activation in a mall concourse, the customer event at a showroom or destination, and the production that carries them — staging, LED, audio, lighting, décor and branding.
What is confirmed and what is not
Confirmed: Saudi National Day is observed annually on 23 September, so in 2027 the occasion falls on Thursday 23 September 2027.
Not confirmed: individual celebrations. Concert line-ups, official ceremonies, mall programmes, fireworks locations and public running times are announced by their own organisers, usually close to the date. We do not publish those schedules, we are not an official National Day partner, and any activation we produce is delivered for the client who commissions it.

Is The Concept WLL an official National Day organiser?
No. Saudi National Day is a national occasion, not an event we organise or hold rights to. We are an event production and exhibition-stand company: brands, employers, malls and venues hire us to plan and build their own celebrations and activations around the occasion.
How early should we start planning?
For a stage-based corporate celebration, six to ten weeks is comfortable — concept, approvals, fabrication and rehearsal all sit inside that window. Mall and public-site activations often need longer because the venue itself has to approve the build. Shorter timelines are possible when the scope is fixed early.
Do you handle LED, sound and lighting yourselves?
Yes. Screens, processors, audio, lighting, truss and rigging come from our own inventory and are operated by our own technicians, which is why content changes and last-minute adjustments do not turn into a chain of subcontractor calls.
Which cities do you cover?
Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar in Saudi Arabia, alongside our work in Bahrain. Production is fabricated in our own facilities and delivered to the site.
Can you work with our existing agency or brand guidelines?
Yes. We regularly execute concepts developed by a client-side team or an agency, and we can also design from scratch. Either way you get technical drawings, a costed scope and one project manager.
