Real estate exhibition stand design is about selling something visitors cannot yet touch. A developer's stand has to make a masterplan, a tower or a villa community feel real enough that a buyer sits down, asks about payment plans and leaves their details. The Concept WLL designs and builds property stands from our production houses in Riyadh and Manama, for developers, brokers and real estate funds exhibiting across the GCC.

This is our general guide to property stands. For specific shows, we also have dedicated pages for Cityscape Global and RESTATEX in Riyadh, and the real estate events page covers launches and sales events beyond the show floor.

How a property exhibition stand sells

Most visitors to a property show follow the same path: they notice the stand from the aisle, look at the model, watch a walkthrough, and then either move on or sit down with a sales advisor. A good property exhibition stand is designed around that path.

We plan three clear zones. An attraction zone at the front with the project name, a hero visual or tall element visible across the hall. A discovery zone around the model and screens, where visitors can explore at their own pace. And a sales zone further back, with tables, private rooms and a lead capture point, where the real conversations happen.

Model display stands that do the model justice

The scale model is often the most expensive object on a developer's stand, and it is usually made by a specialist model maker. Our job is to build the model display stand that shows it at its best and keeps it safe.

The right height and viewing angle

Plinth heights and edge distances planned so visitors can see the whole masterplan without leaning over the glass, and children cannot reach in.

Lighting that brings it to life

Even overhead lighting to avoid shadows, plus optional lighting inside the model for evening scenes or to highlight phases and plots.

Protection and access

Acrylic covers, sturdy plinths and a clear plan for how the model arrives, is lifted into place and leaves again.

Interactive layers

Touch screens or tablets beside the model so sales advisors can show unit availability, floor plans and views without leaving the table.

Digital walkthroughs and immersive rooms

Many developers now show projects through 3D walkthroughs, virtual reality headsets or large LED walls. These need to be planned into the stand, not added at the end.

We design screen walls at the right size and viewing distance, build quiet booths or small rooms for VR so visitors are not distracted, and plan power, data and cable routes so the technology is hidden. If you already have walkthrough films from your design team, we design the stand to show them. If you need content created, we can talk about that as a separate piece of work.

Developer booth design for lead capture and sales

A developer booth design is only as good as the leads it collects. We give the sales team what they need to work properly through long show days.

That usually means enough sales tables for peak hours, at least one closed room for serious buyers or investors, a reception counter where visitors are greeted and registered, back-of-house storage for brochures and refreshments, and charging points for tablets. We keep the sales area slightly calmer than the front of the stand so conversations can happen without shouting over the hall.

Real estate expo stands in Saudi Arabia and the GCC

Saudi Arabia hosts some of the region's largest property and construction shows, mainly in Riyadh, alongside giga-project and housing programmes that bring national developers onto the show floor. In Bahrain, the UAE and Jordan, property shows are often smaller but focused on investors and overseas buyers.

Because we design, build and install in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UAE and Jordan, one team can carry a developer's stand across several shows in a year. A common approach is a reusable core structure, with the model, graphics and screen content changed for each project or market. For dates, venues and other shows, see our exhibitions hub.

Materials and finishes that match the project

Buyers read the quality of a stand as a preview of the quality of the homes. If the project promises premium finishes, the stand should show them. We build with materials that echo the development itself: stone-look surfaces, timber, brushed metal, fabric walls or clean white lacquer, depending on the brand.

For larger developers, we often build a sample room or show corner on the stand: a kitchen, a bathroom vanity or a living room set-up that lets visitors touch the finishes they are being offered. These are built in our workshop with the same joinery skills we use on fit-out projects, and can be stored and reused at the next show.

Lighting is set to make materials look natural, with warmer tones in lounges and sample rooms and brighter light over the model and price boards.

Typical stand sizes and how the layout changes

A small broker or single-project stand might have one model, one screen and two or three sales tables. A mid-size developer stand adds a lounge, a private room and several screens. A large master developer stand at a major Saudi show can include multiple models, an immersive room, a VIP majlis and a full back office.

Price boards, availability screens and brochure stands are planned with the sales team, because these change often during a show as units are reserved.

Whatever the size, we keep the same three-zone logic so visitors always know where to look, where to explore and where to talk. We also plan for peak times, such as weekend afternoons or launch announcements, when the stand fills up and sales staff need room to work.

What is included in our real estate stand design service

Our process, from brief to dismantling

Brief

You tell us about the project, the space, the model size and how many sales staff will work the stand each day.

Concept and 3D

We send a free 3D concept showing the three zones, the model position and the screen layout, and refine it with you.

Fabrication

Structure, joinery, plinths and graphics are built in our own workshop, with model dimensions confirmed before plinths are made.

Installation

Our crew builds the stand, coordinates the model maker's delivery and sets up and tests every screen.

On-site support

A team member stays on call during the show to fix anything and help with late graphic or price board changes.

Dismantling

We take the stand down, help hand the model back safely, and store reusable parts if you plan another show.

Real estate exhibition stand design FAQs

What should a real estate exhibition stand design include?

A clear attraction area visible from the aisle, a well-lit model and screen area for exploring the project, and a calmer sales area with tables, private rooms and a lead capture point.

Do you make the architectural scale model?

Scale models are usually made by specialist model makers. We design and build the display stand around it, including plinths, covers, lighting and safe handling on site.

Can you include VR and digital walkthroughs on the stand?

Yes. We plan screen walls, VR booths and interactive tablets into the stand, with hidden power and data, and design the stand around the walkthrough content you have.

How is this different from your Cityscape and RESTATEX pages?

Those pages cover stands for specific shows. This page covers how we design property stands in general, for any real estate expo in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.

Can we reuse a property exhibition stand for different projects?

Yes. We can design a core structure that is reused, while models, graphics and screen content change for each project or market.

Do you build real estate expo stands outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We design, build and install in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UAE and Jordan.

How quickly will we get a quote?

We reply to quote requests within 24 hours on business days, and the first 3D concept is free.
