RESTATEX exhibition stand design & build in Riyadh

RESTATEX is Riyadh’s long-running real estate exhibition, organised by Ramtan. Its 36th edition is announced by the organiser for 21–24 March 2027 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC). We design and build custom stands and developer pavilions for it — from the model plinth and LED wall to the private sales lounge.

Stands built for property sales conversations

A real estate stand has a different job from most trade stands. Visitors come to compare projects, payment plans and locations, so the stand has to present a masterplan clearly, hold attention at the model, and move serious buyers into a calm, private space to talk. We plan the layout around that journey: an open front for the project story, a central display zone for models and screens, and enclosed or semi-enclosed meeting areas behind.

The 2026 edition took place on 11–14 February 2026 and has concluded. For 2027, the organiser has announced 21–24 March at RICEC — the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center on King Abdullah Road, which is a different venue from Riyadh Front and from RECC in Malham. Hall allocation, build-up times and stand rules come from the organiser’s exhibitor manual, and we work to those.

We are an independent stand design and build contractor working directly for exhibitors. We are not the RESTATEX organiser and do not sell space, tickets or visitor registration; stand space is booked with the organiser.

What to include in your RESTATEX brief

The most useful brief covers: stand dimensions and number of open sides; the models and displays you plan to show, with their sizes; how many people you need to seat in meetings at once; screens and content you already have or need produced; your confirmed space and event dates from the organiser; and an indicative budget. Venue hall drawings from the organiser help us start accurately.

Many developers exhibiting at RESTATEX also take part in other Saudi property events, so we can design stand elements to be stored and reused where the client wants that.

How we work with you

  1. Brief — Share the event type, site or venue, dates if confirmed, audience and objectives.
  2. Site & rules check — We review access, power, rigging and the organiser or landlord rules that apply to this site.
  3. Design & proposal — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal so scope and cost are clear before commitment.
  4. Production & logistics — Off-site fabrication, technical preparation, transport and crew scheduling planned around the site window.
  5. Install, operate, dismantle — On-site build, testing, show support and a planned breakdown with the site handed back as agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design and build RESTATEX stands?

Yes. We handle concept, 3D design, fabrication, AV, graphics, installation and dismantle as one contract for exhibitors.

Can you display our architectural model?

Yes — we build the plinth, vitrine, lighting and protection around it and plan its delivery and placement. The model is supplied by your model maker.

Can you run our renders, VR or unit-selector content?

Yes. We supply and set up screens, touch displays and walkthrough stations, test your content on site, and can produce or adapt content when needed.

Do you need the venue drawings?

They help. Share the organiser’s floor plan and your stand number when you have them; we use them for layout, rigging and the drawings submitted for organiser approval.

How does the quote process work?

Send your brief through the form. We reply with questions, then a concept and an itemised quotation so scope and cost are clear before you commit.

Are you the official RESTATEX contractor?

We are an independent contractor working for exhibitors. RESTATEX is organised by Ramtan; stand space and exhibitor rules come from the organiser.

Do you have an office or workshop in this location?

Our head office is in Manama, Bahrain, and we run Saudi projects with production capability in Riyadh. We plan delivery to each location project by project — travelling crews, transport and local suppliers where needed — rather than claiming a local office.
