We are an independent production contractor with our own design, fabrication and installation teams. We are not affiliated with any organiser — venue rules, deadlines and approval requirements are confirmed per show before anything is priced.
We quote exhibition stands across the Kingdom from our own design, joinery and installation teams, and we price in the currency you work in — Saudi Riyals, Bahraini Dinars, US Dollars or Euros. Every quotation is broken down line by line so you can see what design, fabrication, graphics, AV, logistics, installation and dismantle each cost.
A corner or island stand needs more finished elevations, more graphics and more lighting than an inline space of the same size.
Workshop-built joinery gives a bespoke finish; a modular system costs less and travels between shows. Most quotations we send price both so you can compare.
Upper floors and rigged elements depend on what the venue permits and are engineered and priced only once the venue confirms them.
Screen size, pixel pitch, media servers and how many show days need a technician on stand.

There is no single rate — the cost depends on floor area, how many sides are open, whether the build is custom joinery or a modular system, and how much AV, rigging and technical crew the stand needs. We price each of those as separate line items rather than quoting a per-square-metre figure that hides them.
