A stand contractor, not a broker

An exhibition stand has one job: make the right visitors stop, and give your team somewhere effective to talk to them. Everything else — the double-decker, the LED wall, the hanging banner — only matters if it serves that.

We design stands around how your team actually works the show: where demonstrations happen, where meetings need privacy, where storage goes, how many people can be served at once. Then we build it. Fabrication happens in our own workshops, so quality, timing and cost are ours to control rather than a subcontractor's.

We work with exhibitors, organisers and government entities on projects from compact shell-scheme upgrades through to large custom builds and country pavilions, and we handle organiser paperwork, technical approvals, electrics and rigging as part of the package.

Shows we build for

In Saudi Arabia we build regularly at the main Riyadh venues and at exhibitions in Jeddah and the Eastern Province, across technology, construction, energy, healthcare, food and government sectors. Our event calendar lists the shows we are tracking, and each show page explains what exhibiting there involves.

In Bahrain we build for exhibitions and conferences in Manama, with the workshop close enough to respond during the show itself.

If you are exhibiting somewhere we do not have a base — Dubai, Doha or Amman, for example — we can still deliver the stand, managing fabrication and installation through partners under our own supervision.

How a stand comes together

  1. 1. Brief — Show, hall, stand number, dimensions, open sides, budget and what you need the stand to do.
  2. 2. Concept & quote — 3D visuals and an itemised quotation, typically within three to five working days.
  3. 3. Approvals — Technical drawings, structural documentation and organiser submissions handled by us.
  4. 4. Build — Fabrication in our workshop, with progress photos and pre-build where the schedule allows.
  5. 5. Install — On-site build to the organiser's schedule, finished and cleaned before the show opens.
  6. 6. Show support & strike — A crew member reachable through the show, then dismantling and storage of reusable elements.

Exhibition stands — common questions

How much does a custom exhibition stand cost?

Cost depends on floor area, height, storeys, materials and AV. Send the stand size and show and we will give an itemised range rather than a vague figure.

How long do you need to build a stand?

For a standard custom stand, four to six weeks from approved design is comfortable. Faster is often possible — tell us the deadline and we will confirm honestly.

Do you handle organiser approvals?

Yes. Technical drawings, structural calculations, electrical loads and health and safety documentation are prepared and submitted by us.

Can you reuse our stand for the next show?

Yes, where the design allows. We store, refurbish and reconfigure stands between shows, which usually costs less than building new.

Do you build pavilions for multiple exhibitors?

Yes. We design and build pavilions that host several companies under a single national, sector or corporate identity, including shared meeting and hospitality areas.
