About MOVE Middle East 2026
MOVE Middle East 2026 takes place in Riyadh on 23–25 November 2026 and covers the future of transport across the region: electric and connected vehicles, fleet and logistics technology, public transport and rail, urban mobility, charging infrastructure, autonomous systems and the policy work behind them.
The floor mixes automotive and EV brands, mobility start-ups, fleet operators, logistics companies, infrastructure developers, municipal and regulatory bodies, and investors tracking the Kingdom's transport transformation.
Mobility stands are physically demanding. Vehicles need load-rated platforms and clean access routes; charging and battery displays need real power planning; test rides and demos need queue management; and the whole thing has to look composed while several thousand people walk past it.
Why exhibitors choose The Concept WLL for MOVE Middle East
We handle the engineering side of mobility stands — platforms, power, rigging and access — as carefully as the design side.
- Vehicle display platforms — Load-rated, ramped and engineered platforms for cars, two-wheelers, pods and heavy equipment, with clean access for move-in.
- Power and charging displays — Planned power distribution for charging hardware, battery displays and live demonstrations.
- LED and AV in-house — Large-format LED, projection, audio, lighting and rigging owned and commissioned by our own technicians.
- Demo and test-ride zones — Safe, barriered demo areas with queue routing and staff positions built into the layout.
- Hospitality that holds buyers — Lounges and majlis areas for fleet, government and investor conversations.
- One accountable team — Design, build, install and show-day management under one contract and one project manager.

MOVE Middle East 2026 — frequently asked questions
Can you build a platform for a vehicle on our stand?
Yes. We engineer load-rated platforms with ramps and finishes to suit the vehicle weight and the venue floor loading, and we coordinate move-in timing with the organiser.
How early should we start?
Twelve to sixteen weeks before 23 November 2026 for a large custom build with vehicles and rigging; smaller stands need less. Earlier bookings get better design time and material options.
Do you manage power for charging or battery demos?
Yes, power planning, distribution and certified connections are part of the build, coordinated with the venue and organiser.
Can you staff the stand during the show?
We provide project management and technical crew, and can arrange hosts and hospitality staff on request.
We are exhibiting at other Saudi shows in 2026. Can elements be reused?
Yes. We design for reuse where it makes commercial sense and store the components in the Kingdom.
