Event Production for Defence & Security in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf & worldwide
We plan, produce and build events for the defence and security sector — conferences and seminars, product launches, internal and external communication events, brand activations and exhibition stands. Design, fabrication, technical production and on-site delivery come from one team, in English and Arabic.
What defence and security events actually demand
Our briefs in this sector come from defence primes, local content partners and security technology suppliers. The work ranges from a single seminar or media briefing to a full exhibition presence, a product reveal or a season of activations — and it is usually judged on how the audience in the room reacts, not on the size of the production.
The recurring difficulty is specific: access is controlled, delegations are scheduled to the minute, and private briefing rooms have to be genuinely private — accreditation and layout drive the design. That is a production and planning problem rather than a creative one, and it is where having our own workshop, technical stock and installation crews changes the outcome.
In the region, defence and security audiences gather around settings such as World Defense Show in Riyadh, Intersec Saudi Arabia and government and authority pavilions. We work inside those calendars — and equally outside them, on the private events a company runs for its own clients, partners and staff.
We build exhibition stands and meeting chalets for defence and security companies, VIP delegation hospitality, and conference staging, working within the organiser's accreditation and security procedures.
Who usually commissions this work: defence manufacturers and integrators; security, safety and surveillance suppliers; localisation and industrial-participation programmes; government security agencies (via their organisers).
Confidentiality — Content, drawings and guest lists are sensitive, so crews, files and access are controlled.
Heavy and restricted exhibits — Vehicles and systems need export, venue and handling approvals well ahead.

Where we deliver
Our workshop and installation crews are based in Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia is our largest delivery market — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Dhahran and Al Khobar — with regular work across the wider Gulf.
For the rest of the region we mobilise our own supervisors and travel with the production, working alongside vetted local suppliers for labour, rigging and logistics in each market.
Outside the region we work the same way: our project and technical leads travel with the build, and local partners handle in-country labour, freight and permits. We are an independent production company, not an agent or official supplier of any organiser, venue or brand.
How a project runs
- 1. Brief — Objectives, audience, venue, dates and the budget you are working to.
- 2. Concept & cost — Design direction, 3D visuals and an itemised quotation with nothing hidden.
- 3. Approvals — Venue, municipality and safety submissions prepared and followed through.
- 4. Production — Fabrication, print, AV and content prepared in-house, with progress photos.
- 5. On site — Build-up, technical rehearsal and a supervisor present for the whole show.
- 6. Close — Dismantle, storage of reusable elements and a written debrief.
Defence & Security events — common questions
Do you understand how defence and security audiences behave?
Yes — we plan around them. access is controlled, delegations are scheduled to the minute, and private briefing rooms have to be genuinely private — accreditation and layout drive the design. We design the room, the sequence and the staffing around that reality, and we will tell you plainly when a brief asks for something the audience will not respond to.
What does a project like this cost?
It depends on scale, venue and build complexity, so we quote itemised rather than quoting a single figure — design, fabrication, AV, staffing and logistics listed separately, so you can see exactly what moves the number and what can be reused later.
Can you run the event in Arabic and English?
Yes. Signage, presentation content, host scripts, invitations and on-site crew all work in both languages, with Arabic set right-to-left and typeset properly rather than machine-translated.
Can you deliver outside the Gulf?
Yes. Our team travels with the project and we appoint local partners for labour, freight and permits in the destination market. We say clearly what is delivered by our own crew and what is handled locally, before you commit.
How do you handle confidential content?
Files are shared only with named team members, print and AV suppliers are briefed under NDA, and on-site access follows the organiser's accreditation.
