A jewellery exhibition stand in Saudi Arabia is closer to a boutique than a trade booth. Visitors come to see pieces up close, try them on and buy, often in private. The stand has to protect the jewellery, light it perfectly and make clients feel comfortable enough to sit down. The Concept WLL designs and builds jewellery stands for designers, jewellers, watch brands and gem dealers exhibiting in Riyadh and Jeddah.

Saudi Arabia hosts several jewellery exhibitions each year. One example is Jewellery Salon, organised by Al Sunaidi Expo, which the organiser lists in Riyadh from 3 to 7 November 2026 at The Arena and in Jeddah from 12 to 15 November 2026 at Benchmark. The event's own website shows a different venue on one page, so please confirm venue and dates with the organiser before booking. We plan each stand from the organiser's exhibitor manual.

We are an independent stand contractor working for exhibitors. We are not the organiser, an official contractor or a partner of any jewellery exhibition.

What a jewellery stand needs to get right

Jewellery is small, valuable and depends on light. The design decisions that matter most are about showcases, lighting, security and client comfort, not size.

Showcases at the right height

Counter and tower showcases with low-iron glass, set so pieces sit at eye level for standing and seated clients.

Lighting that flatters the pieces

Focused LED lighting inside showcases, with colour temperatures chosen for gold, diamonds or coloured stones, and glare kept off the glass.

Security built in

Lockable showcases, secure storage and layouts that keep staff in sight of every case. Specific security services are arranged by you or the organiser.

Private client areas

Seating with mirrors and soft lighting where clients can try pieces and talk in privacy.

Jewellery booth design in Riyadh and Jeddah

The look of a jewellery stand should match the brand: classic, contemporary, minimal or richly decorated. We design finishes, colours and materials around your collection and your clients.

Boutique-style stands

Walls, flooring, ceilings and lighting that turn the stand into a small, enclosed shop.

Open display stands

A lighter layout with showcases facing the aisle, suited to designers who want to draw people in.

Brand and collection walls

Backlit graphics, logos and imagery that tell the story of the brand or a new collection.

Shared designer stands

Group stands for several designers, with individual showcases and a shared client lounge.

Luxury jewellery display stands and fabrication

Our team designs and produces luxury jewellery display stands, including showcases, joinery, upholstered seating, mirrors, flooring and illuminated graphics. Finishes such as lacquer, veneer, fabric and metal details are chosen to look good up close, because clients will be sitting a short distance from them.

We have production capability in Riyadh and plan stands so they can be transported and installed within the venue's build-up time. Showcases can be designed for reuse at future exhibitions in Saudi Arabia or the wider region, with new graphics for each collection.

Working with venues and organisers

Jewellery exhibitions are often held in hotels, arenas and event venues rather than large exhibition centres. Access routes, loading times, ceiling heights and electrical limits vary between venues, so we always work from the exhibitor manual and venue rules you share with us. We prepare drawings and documents for the organiser and plan the build around the time allowed.

Planning your stand

For a custom jewellery stand, start as soon as your space is confirmed. As a guide: share the floor plan and the number of pieces and showcases you need, review the 3D concept, approve finishes and lighting, then submit drawings by the organiser's deadline.

We can also help with events around the exhibition, such as private client evenings or collection launches in Riyadh or Jeddah, using the same look as the stand.

Specify the collection before designing the showcase

A useful jewellery stand brief identifies the collection before the showcase count is fixed. Share the mix of necklaces, rings, watches or loose stones, the display quantities and the way staff will present them. Pieces viewed on busts, trays or watch stands need different clearances and lighting angles. Allow space for staff to remove and return items comfortably without placing packaging or paperwork in the public display. The collection plan then informs the counter layout rather than forcing valuable pieces into a generic furniture arrangement.

Discuss security, custody and insurance with your appointed teams while the design is being developed. Lockable showcases and controlled storage support an agreed handling procedure, but they do not replace security staff, insurance or the exhibitor's own inventory control. Confirm who holds keys, when stock is moved and how private appointments are managed. Keeping those responsibilities clear helps the fabricated stand support the actual operating procedure without promising a universal security standard or an unverified level of protection.

Test lighting and finishes against real jewellery

For jewellery booth design in Riyadh or Jeddah, review a representative selection of pieces under the proposed lighting before final approval. Gold tones, diamonds and coloured stones respond differently to light direction and surrounding finishes. Check glare on the glass, shadows from display supports and whether staff can see the piece clearly from their side of the counter. A mirror and client seating area should also be assessed from the visitor's position. Lighting decisions are more useful when based on the collection than a single prescribed colour temperature.

Luxury finishes are judged at close range. Request samples for the main joinery finish, upholstery, graphic treatment and metal details, then consider how they look beside the jewellery and under the selected lighting. Give attention to counter edges, showcase joints, door alignment and the surfaces clients touch. Those details can make a compact stand feel considered without relying on excessive ornament. For repeated exhibitions, choose which surfaces can be repaired or replaced independently so a small damaged area does not require rebuilding an entire counter.

Plan appointments, operations and reuse together

A private client area needs enough separation for a conversation while remaining practical for staff supervision and movement. Establish whether appointments are booked, walk-in or mixed, and how clients wait when seating is occupied. Keep collection storage and everyday supplies accessible without making them part of the public presentation. Arabic and English brand graphics should follow approved wording, with product and collection names checked before printing. Where screens are used, agree the content and playback method before the wall or counter dimensions are released.

The organiser's current manual should settle the venue, access window and submission requirements for the exact edition. Send that information with your stand plan, collection brief and target budget when requesting a quotation. Compare design, showcases, finishes, lighting, installation and open-day support as separate scope items, including any official service orders. For reuse, identify the next likely stand footprint, packing method and storage responsibility. A documented close-out with component labels and condition notes makes future refurbishment and transport easier to plan without guaranteeing a saving before the scope is known.
