Booth Fabrication & Custom Joinery

The carpentry and cabinetry work behind a well-finished stand or interior — counters, reception desks, display units, panelling and structural framing — built to drawing in our own workshops.

Joinery built to a BOQ, not guessed on site

Most stand and interior failures trace back to joinery: a counter that wobbles, a veneer that does not match across panels, a unit that arrives a day late because it was subcontracted twice. We fabricate joinery in-house against a bill of quantities and shop drawings, so what is priced is what gets built, and what gets built is what was approved.

Our workshops handle MDF and timber carpentry, laminate and veneer finishing, metal-framed counters, backlit panels, curved and radius work, and modular units designed to be reused across future events. Every piece is tagged and packed for load-in sequencing before it leaves the workshop.

We supply joinery both as part of a full stand build and as a standalone fabrication service to agencies and contractors who need reliable execution without carrying their own workshop.

Where we fabricate and deliver

Our Saudi joinery output is fabricated for delivery into Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and Dhahran, close to the main exhibition centres, which keeps transport times and damage risk down.

Our Bahrain workshop supplies joinery for stands and interiors in Manama and across the Kingdom, and also fabricates for cross-border projects moving into the UAE.

How a fabrication order runs

  1. 1. Drawings — We produce or receive shop drawings and confirm finishes, materials and tolerances.
  2. 2. BOQ & quote — An itemised bill of quantities so every piece is priced individually.
  3. 3. Workshop fabrication — Cutting, joinery, finishing and quality checks in our workshop.
  4. 4. Dry-fit & inspection — Units are dry-assembled in the workshop before dispatch to catch fit issues early.
  5. 5. Packing & delivery — Pieces are numbered, padded and sequenced for the venue load-in order.
  6. 6. On-site install — Our carpenters install and adjust on site, with snagging closed out before handover.

Booth fabrication & joinery — common questions

Can you build from our agency's drawings?

Yes. We regularly fabricate from third-party shop drawings and BOQs, and will flag any structural or material issues before we start cutting.

Do you supply joinery only, without managing the whole stand?

Yes. Many agencies and contractors use us purely as a fabrication workshop, supplying counters, panelling or display units to their own site team.

Can units be reused for our next event?

Yes, if specified up front. We build modular units designed for disassembly and storage, which reduces the cost of your next show.

What finishes can you match?

Laminate, veneer, painted MDF, fabric wrap and backlit acrylic are all standard. Send us a sample or reference and we will quote against it.

How fast can a counter or display unit be turned around?

Simple units can often be fabricated within days; complex or large-format work needs longer lead time for materials and finishing — tell us the date and we will confirm honestly.
