Edutainment & Interactive Learning
Give families and school groups something meaningful to discover together. We design and integrate interactive learning environments through exhibit build, approved content, AV and optional simulator elements, with the learning message supplied and approved by your subject specialists.
Learning through shared discovery and participation
Edutainment joins a clear idea with an engaging activity: a touch-based discovery station, a collaborative quiz, an immersive story or a guided simulator journey. The experience should make sense to a child, an accompanying adult and the staff helping both. We start with age range, intended message and accessibility rather than add game mechanics to every display.
We bring museum exhibit fabrication, immersive AV, interactive games and suitable 6D simulator integration together for family entertainment and visitor-centre projects. Each component is selected to suit the audience, message, venue and operating plan.
The client or appointed educator approves factual content, suitability and learning objectives. We translate that material into an interaction and test instructions, pacing, reach and visitor flow. The review focuses on clarity, age suitability and an engaging visitor experience.
Scope & deliverables
Learning journey & interaction
Convert approved messages into short, understandable activities with bilingual instructions and a visible beginning and end.
Discovery exhibits & stations
Design and integrate touch tables, buttons, displays and exhibit housings with accessible reach, adult accompaniment and maintenance access.
Interactive stories & games
Integrate approved quizzes, collaborative tasks and visual content. Define specialist content production or licensing separately where needed.
Immersive & simulator elements
Scope projection, audio and optional specialist simulator systems where suitable. Motion eligibility, supervision and manufacturer restrictions must be reviewed.
Family-zone fit-out
Plan sightlines, seating, queue space, storage and cleaning access with the venue. Detail finishes and fixtures for the agreed public-use conditions.
Staff handover & content renewal
Provide agreed operating guidance, assisted-play instructions and a maintenance/update plan. The venue retains responsibility for daily supervision.
A brief built around the audience and venue
Tell us the intended age range, accompanying adults, accessibility needs, approved subject matter and language requirements. Provide the floor plan, operating hours, client-estimated throughput and how staff will supervise the experience.
For children’s experiences, agree privacy and safeguarding procedures with the operator. The default brief should avoid personal data capture; any optional images or visitor outputs need an explicit consent process. Simulator restrictions and any public-attraction approvals are confirmed with specialist suppliers and the venue.
Our Bahrain HQ and Riyadh production capability support design and delivery across Saudi Arabia and the region. The operating plan defines hardware ownership, content licences, cleaning, consumables, staff training and maintenance responsibilities.
From brief to handover
- 1. Audience & message — Confirm age range, subject approval and accessibility needs.
- 2. Experience concept — Develop interaction, spatial sequence and supervision approach.
- 3. Feasibility & scope — Review venue conditions, hardware options and content rights.
- 4. Build & integrate — Produce approved exhibits and coordinate content and AV.
- 5. Visitor testing — Review instructions, reach, pacing and flow with agreed test participants.
- 6. Handover & updates — Train venue staff and document support and content renewal.
Common project questions
How is the learning content developed?
We develop the experience around subject matter and objectives approved by the client’s educators or specialists. Storyboards, interaction instructions and sample content are reviewed before production.
Can a learning zone include a 6D simulator?
Where appropriate, a specialist simulator can be integrated under our existing 6D scope. Eligibility, supervision, safety requirements and venue approval are assessed separately.
Who operates the attraction every day?
The operator is named in the agreement. Our handover can include staff training, daily operating guidance and contracted technical support.
Can it work without collecting children’s personal data?
Yes, the interaction can be planned without individual profiles. Any optional image capture or personalised output requires an approved consent and data-handling process.
