A gaming zone turns footfall into dwell time — player pods, simulator stations and a lighting scheme that pulls visitors in from across the hall.

A destination inside a bigger event

Gaming zones usually sit inside something bigger: an exhibition hall, a mall activation, a corporate open day. Their job is to give visitors a reason to stop, so the layout, sightlines and lighting are designed to draw people in from the main circulation.

Our scope covers player pods and desks, racing or flight simulator stations, RGB and ambient lighting, seating and spectator areas, branding and screen content, and the staffing needed to run the zone across the event.

We build in-house so a gaming zone can be produced quickly and rebuilt at another venue for a touring campaign, with the same look and technical spec each time.

Where we build gaming zones

We build gaming zones in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar, and in Bahrain including Manama, inside exhibitions, malls, corporate events and brand activations.

Zones range from a compact four-pod corner within a stand to a large standalone area with simulators, seating and a stage for casual tournaments.

Because units are modular, the same zone can travel between an exhibition hall and a mall atrium with only the footprint adjusted.

Can the zone be built inside our exhibition stand?

Yes, we regularly integrate gaming pods and simulators as a feature within a wider stand design.

Do you supply the consoles or PCs?

We can coordinate hardware rental with technical partners; our scope is the pods, stations, lighting and branding.

How many pods fit in a small footprint?

We can fit four to six pods in a compact corner, scaling up depending on available space.

Can you run a casual in-booth tournament?

Yes, we can design a small stage or scoring display for casual competitions within the zone.

Can the same zone travel to another city?

Yes, our modular builds are designed to be rebuilt across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or Manama.
