Exhibition stands at ADNEC Abu Dhabi

Custom and modular exhibition stands for shows at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi — built for heavy equipment, secure meeting space and demanding AV, with the technical submissions each organiser requires.

Building at ADNEC

ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi is the capital's large exhibition and conference venue, part of the ADNEC Group, and hosts major international shows across energy, defence, maritime and other industries. Many of those events attract exhibitors with large machinery, vehicles, vessels or system mock-ups, so a stand here is often as much an engineering and logistics exercise as a design one.

Each show sets its own contractor registration, build-up schedule, floor-loading and rigging procedures in coordination with the venue. We plan every ADNEC project from the official exhibitor manual and confirm anything structural, electrical or logistical through the organiser before production starts.

We work as an independent stand contractor appointed by the exhibitor — preparing submissions, building the stand and supporting it through the show.

What ADNEC exhibitors typically need

Custom stands

Bespoke architecture for flagship presence: multi-level meeting suites, product theatres and hospitality areas.

Modular systems

Reusable modular structures with custom graphics for exhibitors returning to Abu Dhabi and other shows across the year.

Industrial & defence booths

Plinths and display zones for heavy exhibits, controlled access, private briefing rooms and discreet storage — planned with the organiser's exhibit-handling rules.

AV & LED integration

LED walls, simulation and demo screens, presentation AV and lighting, programmed and tested before opening.

Logistics coordination

Fabrication, shipping, delivery slots and exhibit move-in sequenced with the official forwarder and the build-up timetable.

Technical submissions

Drawings, structural calculations where needed, electrical and rigging requests and safety method statements for the organiser.

Delivering in Abu Dhabi

The Concept designs and produces exhibition stands across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UAE and Jordan. In Abu Dhabi we plan the stand around the exhibits first — weights, dimensions, delivery timing — then design the brand experience around them.

ADNEC hosts shows such as ADIPEC, IDEX and NAVDEX. For editions on our calendar we show dates only as published by the organiser.

How an ADNEC stand project runs

  1. 1. Brief — Show, hall, stand size, exhibit list with weights and dimensions, and the exhibitor manual.
  2. 2. Design & cost — Concept, 3D visuals and itemised quotation for custom or modular options.
  3. 3. Engineering & submissions — Drawings, calculations and electrical, rigging and safety documents lodged with the organiser.
  4. 4. Production & logistics — Fabrication, AV preparation and coordination with the official forwarder.
  5. 5. Build-up & show — Installation, exhibit placement support, testing and on-show standby.
  6. 6. Dismantle — Breakdown, exhibit move-out coordination and storage of reusable elements.

ADNEC stand building — common questions

Can you build stands for heavy equipment or vehicles at ADNEC?

Yes. We design plinths, ramps and display zones around your exhibit list and coordinate floor-loading and move-in with the organiser and its official forwarder. Limits are confirmed per show, not assumed.

Custom or modular — which suits ADNEC?

Custom builds suit flagship presence; modular systems suit exhibitors returning to several shows a year. We can quote both from the same brief.

Do you prepare ADNEC technical submissions?

Yes — stand drawings, structural calculations where required, electrical and rigging requests and safety documents, to the deadlines in the exhibitor manual.

Do you work on IDEX, NAVDEX and ADIPEC?

We design and build stands for exhibitors at energy, defence and maritime shows held at ADNEC. See our event pages for each edition's published details.

Are you an approved ADNEC contractor?

We are an independent contractor appointed by exhibitors and work within each show's contractor registration process; we do not claim a venue-level appointment.
