AV Production, LED Screens, Sound & Lighting

The technical layer of an event — screens, sound, lighting, playback and comms — specified for the room and operated by engineers who stay for the show.

Specified for the room, not from a catalogue

Most AV problems are specification problems. A screen too small for the back row, a sound system fighting a reflective ballroom, a lighting rig that flatters the room but ruins the camera. We start from the room, the audience size and how the content will be viewed, then specify equipment that suits it.

We supply and operate LED walls and screens, line-array and distributed sound systems, stage and architectural lighting, playback and presentation management, comms, recording, live camera and streaming. Our engineers rig it, test it, rehearse with the speakers and stay through the event.

For clients who already have an in-house AV supplier, we work alongside them, taking the set, staging and content side and coordinating on power, rigging and cues.

Technical coverage

We provide technical production in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar, and in Manama and across Bahrain, working in convention centres, ballrooms, exhibition halls and outdoor sites.

For outdoor events in the Gulf, heat, dust and wind change what equipment can be used and how it must be protected. We plan power, weather protection and redundancy for the conditions rather than assuming an indoor set-up will cope.

Where an event runs across multiple rooms or multiple days, we build a single technical plan and one crew roster, so nothing depends on separate suppliers agreeing with each other on site.

How technical production is planned

  1. 1. Room & content review — Dimensions, sightlines, acoustics, audience size and what will be shown or performed.
  2. 2. Specification — Equipment list, screen sizes, sound design, lighting plan, power and rigging requirements.
  3. 3. Venue coordination — Rigging points, load-in access, power supply and venue technical approvals.
  4. 4. Install & test — Rig, focus, sound check and content testing before rehearsals begin.
  5. 5. Rehearsal — Speaker rehearsals, cue programming and full technical run.
  6. 6. Show & de-rig — Live operation with engineers present, then strike and equipment return.

AV & LED — common questions

Do you rent equipment only, or operate it too?

We supply with crew. Equipment on its own is available for straightforward requirements, but for anything with a live programme we recommend operated packages.

What LED pitch do we need?

It depends on how close the nearest viewer is. Tell us the room and the screen position and we will specify the pitch and size rather than over-selling resolution you cannot see.

Can you stream our conference?

Yes. Multi-camera capture, live streaming to your platform of choice and recorded session files are all handled by the same crew.

Can you work with our existing AV supplier?

Yes. We regularly take the set, staging and content and coordinate cues, power and rigging with an incumbent AV partner.

Do you provide outdoor-rated equipment?

Yes, with weather protection, appropriate IP-rated fixtures and power redundancy planned for Gulf conditions.
