Rally Saudi Arabia Brand Activation in Jeddah
Design, fabrication and technical production for brand experiences around the MERC event, 11–14 November 2026, including the shakedown day.

Rally Saudi Arabia brand activation gives automotive brands, distributors and commercial partners a physical place to meet guests around a motorsport programme. The Concept WLL designs and produces these environments: branded displays, vehicle presentation areas, hospitality settings and screen-led experiences. Our in-house design, fabrication and installation connect the creative idea with a buildable site layout, supported by production capability in Riyadh and Manama.
This page concerns Rally Saudi Arabia in Jeddah as an FIA Middle East Rally Championship, or MERC, event. The programme dates used here are 11–14 November 2026, with 11 November included for shakedown activity. A shakedown is a preparation session, not an additional full day of competitive stages. Brand schedules should follow the organiser’s final itinerary rather than assume that every activity runs throughout all four days.
Our role is production for the commissioning brand, not organisation of the rally or sale of event access. A sponsor package, display position or hospitality entitlement must first be agreed with the rights holder. Once those arrangements are clear, we turn your allotted space and approved brand assets into a practical visitor experience.
Rally Saudi Arabia brand activation built around the itinerary
Rally audiences do not stay in one hall for a whole day. Guest movement follows arrivals, preparation, stages and return times, while technical areas have their own operational priorities. An effective activation brief identifies where your invited audience can actually spend time and which moments suit a product conversation. A permanent-looking display in the wrong place is less useful than a compact, well-positioned experience on an authorised footprint.
We plan the guest-facing build separately from the sporting operation. Your organiser contact supplies the authorised area, access rules and working windows; your marketing team supplies the campaign objective and staffing plan. Those inputs shape opening hours, reception positions and content loops. Changes to the rally itinerary can then be reflected in the guest programme without redesigning the entire installation.
A clear arrival point
A legible brand marker, reception counter and unobstructed approach help invited guests identify your area. We distinguish welcome, waiting and display positions so queues do not spread into an operational route.
A focused product story
A vehicle, tyre, accessory or digital service needs one understandable story. Display lighting, short screen sequences and approved product graphics support that story without relying on amplified commentary throughout the day.
Sponsor displays and automotive product presentation
A rally brand experience can be a static vehicle display, a product demonstration counter or a walk-through sponsor environment. Each has different requirements. A car needs an agreed delivery route and placement method; a technical component needs a secure mount and readable explanation; a software demonstration needs reliable power, connectivity and a comfortable viewing position. We develop the layout around the actual product instead of adding generic exhibition furniture.
Vehicle platforms are designed around dimensions, weight and the approved load conditions. We coordinate placement with the responsible vehicle team and keep driving or demonstration activity outside the scope of a static display unless separately agreed with qualified operators. Finish selection also matters: floor surfaces, edge details and lighting should present the vehicle clearly while remaining practical for guests and the installation crew.
Brand architecture
Freestanding graphics, counters and display surrounds can create a coherent sponsor presence within the allocated space. Logo size and placement follow the campaign artwork and the organiser’s rights restrictions.
Screen-led engagement
Approved onboard footage, product films or interactive content can connect visitors with the brand story. We specify the screen position, sound level and content format around the viewing distance and ambient conditions.
Hospitality environments for invited guests
Motorsport hospitality production starts with the guest list and the purpose of the invitation. A dealer briefing, partner reception and executive visit require different seating, presentation and arrival arrangements. We design the physical environment with meeting areas, branded welcome points, lighting and technical support so the brand’s host team can concentrate on its guests.
Covered or enclosed hospitality should be scoped against the permitted footprint and the site’s confirmed conditions. Any temporary structure requires suitable technical review and coordination with the responsible site parties. We plan décor and AV around those decisions, not around an assumed tent approval. Catering, sporting access and guest transport remain separately agreed services unless they are expressly included in the commissioned project.
Technical production that supports the brand
Sound, lighting and screens should be supplied and run as a coordinated package. We identify power connections, cable routes, operating positions and the content playback plan before equipment is selected. A compact display may only need controlled lighting and one screen; a reception with announcements requires microphones, playback and an operator who understands the running order.
Outdoor exposure changes how the installation is planned. Equipment suitability, protected connections, stable supports and any structural ballast are reviewed against the actual site. These are project-specific requirements, not claims that an outdoor build is automatically suitable everywhere. The production schedule includes functional testing before guests arrive and a clear process for responding to technical issues while the activation is open.
Permissions, artwork and event identity
MERC event identity, rally imagery and sponsor marks should come from the rights holder or your authorised brand team. We use supplied approved assets and keep production artwork consistent across counters, screens and printed panels. This avoids building a campaign around imagery that cannot be used in the agreed setting. The page illustration is a generic automotive display, not evidence of our involvement at the rally.
Before fabrication, confirm the stand location, permitted dimensions, access credentials, installation hours and restrictions on sound or visitor engagement. We translate those requirements into drawings and a production checklist. If an approval changes the footprint or opening hours, we revise the scope with you before the affected work proceeds; no sporting access or supplier appointment is implied by our proposal.
Preparing a useful project brief
Send the authorised footprint or location drawing, the guest profile, the products being displayed and the brand’s objective. Include your expected operating days within 11–14 November and distinguish shakedown hospitality from competitive-day activity. A budget range helps us prioritise the elements that make the most difference: a vehicle display, a meeting environment, a technical demonstration or a strong reception point.
We return a defined creative and production scope rather than a promise of audience numbers. The proposal identifies the build, supplied-and-run technical elements, installation responsibilities and support arrangements. Reusable components can be planned for later dealer events or regional activations, with storage and rebuilding treated as agreed deliverables. You can open the existing quote popup on this page to discuss the project without submitting a separate event registration.
