Brand & Corporate Activations
Activations that put your brand physically in front of people — in malls, at exhibitions, on campus, in-store and on the road — designed, built, staffed and reported by one team.
An activation is a build, a crew and a reason to stop
Experiential marketing only works when the physical execution is good. A clever idea in a rough kiosk with an untrained promoter converts nobody. We treat activations as production projects: a designed structure, a clear visitor journey, working interactive content and briefed staff who know the product.
That covers consumer activations in shopping malls, corporate activations at conferences and exhibitions, sampling and demonstration set-ups, pop-up retail, and roadshows that repeat the same experience across several cities without losing quality.
Because we design and fabricate in-house, activation units can be built to travel — flat-packed, numbered and rebuilt in the next city by the same crew — which is usually far cheaper than commissioning a new build per location.

Where we run activations
In Saudi Arabia we run activations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar — shopping malls, exhibition halls, corporate campuses, retail sites and public venues. Mall work in particular needs early planning around centre approvals, fire regulations and overnight install windows, and we build that into the schedule from the start.
In Bahrain we run activations in Manama and across the island, produced from our own workshop.
Where a campaign spans several markets, we keep the fabrication in one place and move the units, so brand execution stays identical city to city.
How an activation runs
- 1. Objective — What the activation must achieve: awareness, trial, sign-ups, footfall or data.
- 2. Concept & design — Experience mechanic and 3D design of the unit, with a cost breakdown.
- 3. Approvals — Mall, venue or authority submissions including drawings and safety documentation.
- 4. Build & content — Fabrication, graphics, interactive content and staff briefing materials.
- 5. Live — Install, daily supervision, staff management and issue resolution on site.
- 6. Report — Footfall, interactions, data captured and photography, with recommendations for the next run.
Brand activations — common questions
Can you get approvals for mall activations?
Yes. We prepare drawings, safety documentation and the submissions shopping centres require, and we manage the approval process with the centre management.
Do you supply promoters and hosts?
Yes. We recruit, brief and supervise bilingual promoters and hosts, and provide daily reporting during the campaign.
Can the same unit be used in several cities?
Yes, that is how we prefer to design them — modular, transportable and rebuilt by our crew in each city.
Do you build interactive content as well as the structure?
Yes. Touchscreen experiences, games, photo mechanics and data capture are produced alongside the physical build.
What information do you need to quote?
The objective, the locations, the number of days and any mall or venue already booked. That is enough for a first costed concept.
