Motorsport Brand Activations
When race weekends bring crowds and sponsors to town, we build the branded spaces where those sponsors meet fans — hospitality suites, activation pavilions and display zones produced end to end.
Activating around race weekends
Race weekends draw sponsors, corporate partners and automotive brands wanting a physical presence near the action. We are not affiliated with any motorsport championship or rights-holder; our role is to design and build the activation space a sponsor or brand needs for the weekend, on land or in venues they have secured.
That typically means a branded pavilion or lounge, a product or vehicle display, an interactive engagement zone, and the staffing and technical support to run it across the event days. We handle design, structure, branding, AV and on-site management as one contract.
We have produced activation spaces for corporate clients around major public and sporting events in both Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, and we plan every build around the access, power and security conditions a race circuit or host city imposes.

Where we build activations
We produce motorsport-adjacent activations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar, and across Bahrain including Manama, wherever a sponsor or brand needs a presence near a race weekend or automotive event.
Builds range from a single hospitality suite to a full sponsor village with multiple branded zones, all engineered to the access and time-window rules that host venues and organisers set for race weekends.
Our workshop produces structure, joinery and branded finishes in-house, which keeps lead times short for the fixed dates a race calendar sets.
How we plan an activation
- 1. Brief & objectives — Sponsor goals, guest numbers, brand story and the venue or space available.
- 2. Concept design — Layout, branding and guest journey presented as a visual concept.
- 3. Approvals & logistics — Venue or circuit sign-off, access windows, power and site logistics confirmed.
- 4. Build & fit-out — Structure, branding and technical systems produced and installed on schedule.
- 5. Live operation — Staffing, hospitality and technical support running throughout the event days.
- 6. De-rig & report — Fast breakdown, site handback and a photographic record of the activation.
Motorsport activations — common questions
Are you an official partner of any race series?
No. We are an independent production company. We support sponsors, corporate clients and brands with the design and build of their own activation space near events.
Can you build a vehicle display inside a sponsor lounge?
Yes, including turntables, plinths and lighting designed around the vehicle and brand.
Do you provide staff for the activation?
Yes, we can supply hosts, technical crew and an on-site producer for the duration of the event.
How far in advance should we book?
Race calendars are fixed well ahead, so we recommend briefing us as early as possible to secure design and build time.
Can the same activation travel between cities?
Yes, we design modular structures that can be rebuilt in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or Manama for successive events.
