AI Interactive Brand Activations
Turn your brand story into a memorable visitor interaction. The Concept designs, fabricates and integrates AI photo booths, AI sketch activations and selected hologram-style experiences, bringing the physical environment, content and technology together around your campaign.
Start with the visitor moment, then select the technology
For a product launch, exhibition or mall campaign, the useful question is what a visitor takes away: a branded portrait, a stylised sketch or a short guided interaction. We define that outcome, review sample outputs and plan the physical station, lighting, display and queue around the time each session actually takes.
AI photo booths and AI sketch activations combine selected software with branded capture and display stations. AI hologram activations use a selected hologram-style display to present an avatar through a screen-based or optical illusion, with scripted or AI-assisted content. We review the display method, sightlines, content rights and interaction before confirming the proposal.
Our team manages concept design, fabrication, AV integration and production. Software licences, specialist equipment and connectivity are specified to the approved brief, with a clear plan for installation, rehearsal and campaign operation.
Scope & deliverables
Experience concept & storyboard
Define the interaction, visual style, output branding and fallback journey before choosing software. Agree prohibited prompts and a sample-output approval process.
Photo & sketch stations
Plan capture lighting, camera positions, touchscreen housings, print or digital delivery and accessible controls. Generation speed and output quality are checked in a pilot.
Avatar & hologram-style displays
Integrate display geometry, sightlines, audio and approved avatar content into the activation. Match the selected hologram-style display and scripted or AI-assisted interaction to the visitor journey.
Physical activation build
Design and fabricate custom counters, surrounds and graphic surfaces, integrating power, AV and queue arrangements within the venue installation window.
Consent & data handling brief
Set opt-in wording, likeness permissions, retention, deletion, provider data terms and output delivery. A guardian-consent route is required where children participate.
Live operation & reporting
Brief attendants, moderate outputs and prepare an alternative visitor journey for service interruptions. Provide agreed aggregate participation reports to support campaign review.
What we need to assess your activation
Send the brand objective, audience age range, venue, footprint, languages, campaign dates and expected participation supplied by your team. Include brand assets you have rights to use and whether visitors should receive a printed image, a digital output or simply an on-screen experience.
Confirm internet availability, software-account ownership and who approves consent and privacy notices. We review provider processing locations and connectivity requirements, and keep sensitive images and identity documents out of creative prompts.
Our Bahrain headquarters and Riyadh production capability support delivery across Saudi Arabia and the region. Equipment arrangements, output-file ownership, subscription duration and post-campaign support are agreed in the scope.
From brief to handover
- 1. Define the interaction — Agree the brand message, audience, output and session duration.
- 2. Review providers & rights — Check feasibility, usage terms, consent, likeness and permitted content.
- 3. Pilot the experience — Test sample prompts, moderation, latency, output quality and failure handling.
- 4. Design & integrate — Build the station and integrate approved displays, content and software.
- 5. Rehearse on site — Test real connectivity, lighting, visitor flow and the attendant workflow.
- 6. Operate & close out — Follow the agreed data-deletion, hardware-return and account-handover plan.
Common project questions
How do you choose the AI tools for an activation?
We select tools against the brand objective, sample-output quality, languages, response time and data terms. The approved software is integrated with the physical station, AV and visitor workflow.
Can visitors participate without sharing a photograph?
A non-photo or non-AI alternative can be planned. The final interaction and consent choices are agreed before production.
How do you manage output quality and response time?
We pilot sample prompts, moderation and response times using the selected tool and connection. The results guide session timing, attendant support and the alternative journey used during interruptions.
Who owns the generated images and software account?
Usage rights follow the provider terms and the project agreement. We document account ownership, visitor delivery and retention before launch.
