Product & Brand Launch Events

Launches live or die on one moment. We design the reveal, build the room around it and rehearse it until it works every time.

Built around the reveal

A launch has a single job: make the product feel significant, to the room and to the cameras. Everything before the reveal builds anticipation, everything after it converts attention into coverage, orders or trials.

We design the mechanic — a lift, a drop, a curtain, a projection, a lighting change — and engineer it so it is repeatable and safe. Then we build the environment: stage and set, LED, sound, lighting, product display, guest and press positions, and the demonstration or hands-on area that follows.

Automotive, technology, retail, real estate and corporate launches each have different needs — a vehicle needs access and floor loading, a phone needs macro cameras and screens, a development needs a model and a sales flow. We plan for the product, not a template.

Launching in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain

Most launches we produce in Saudi Arabia happen in Riyadh and Jeddah, in hotels, showrooms, exhibition halls and purpose-chosen venues, with Dammam and Al Khobar covered from the same teams.

In Bahrain we produce launches in Manama, with the set and product display built in our own workshop.

Regional launches often repeat across two or three cities in a week. We design one kit that travels and rebuild it on schedule in each location.

How a launch is produced

  1. 1. Product & audience — What is being launched, to whom, with what message and what media expectation.
  2. 2. Reveal concept — The mechanic and the room design, presented in 3D with a cost breakdown.
  3. 3. Engineering & safety — Structural and mechanical detailing, risk assessment and venue approvals.
  4. 4. Content & rehearsal — Launch film, screen content, cue sheet and full technical rehearsals with the real product.
  5. 5. Launch night — Show calling, technical operation, media handling and guest management.
  6. 6. After the launch — De-rig, plus demonstration or roadshow units if the campaign continues.

Product launches — common questions

Can you handle vehicle or heavy product reveals?

Yes, provided the venue supports the access and floor loading. We survey the venue and engineer the reveal mechanism accordingly.

Do you produce the launch film and screen content?

Yes, we produce launch content, or we integrate and cue material your agency has already produced.

How much rehearsal do you allow?

We rehearse the reveal with the real product wherever possible, and always run a full technical rehearsal before guests arrive.

Can you handle press and media on the night?

Yes. Media risers, interview areas, photo positions and press logistics are planned into the room design.

Can the launch travel to other cities?

Yes. We design the set and reveal as a transportable kit and rebuild it in each city with the same crew.
