Digital, Interactive & Immersive Experiences

Interactive installations, immersive rooms, projection mapping and drone light shows — content, hardware and the structure it lives in, produced together.

Content and structure designed as one thing

Digital experiences fail when the content team and the build team never meet: a beautiful animation on a screen in the wrong place, a touch table nobody can reach, a projection washed out by house lighting. We produce the content and the physical environment together so they fit.

That includes interactive installations and touch experiences, sensor and motion-driven content, immersive projection rooms, LED environments, projection mapping onto buildings and structures, and drone light shows for large public and national moments.

Every piece is planned around throughput and duration: how many people can use it at once, how long each interaction lasts, and what happens when a queue forms. That is usually the difference between an installation that works all evening and one that jams in the first hour.

What we produce

Interactive installations

Touch, gesture and sensor-driven experiences with the housing, hardware and content produced together.

Immersive environments

Projection or LED rooms with synchronised visuals, sound and lighting for a guided experience.

Projection mapping

Content mapped onto façades, structures, stages and objects, with the projector rigging and power planned in.

Drone light shows

Choreographed aerial displays for large-scale public and national moments, delivered through specialist operators under our production management.

Data capture & gamification

Registration, leaderboards, quizzes and prize mechanics that produce usable data after the event.

Content production

Motion graphics, launch films, 3D animation and screen content built for the exact display configuration.

Where these experiences run

We produce digital experiences for exhibitions, conferences, launches, mall activations, national celebrations and permanent visitor spaces in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and across Bahrain.

Outdoor projection and aerial displays depend on site conditions, sightlines and authority approvals. We survey the site, confirm what is realistic and handle the permissions rather than promising a spectacle that cannot be approved.

For installations intended to stay in place — showrooms, visitor centres, permanent exhibits — we build for durability and provide maintenance and content updates.

How a digital experience is produced

  1. 1. Objective & audience — What visitors should understand, feel or do, and how many are expected.
  2. 2. Experience design — Interaction design, throughput planning and the physical layout it needs.
  3. 3. Technical design — Hardware, displays, sensors, projectors, network and power specification.
  4. 4. Content build — Design, animation and software development, reviewed on the actual display setup.
  5. 5. Integration & testing — Assembly, calibration and load-testing with real users before opening.
  6. 6. Live support — On-site technicians during the event, plus maintenance for permanent installations.

Digital experiences — common questions

Do you build the software as well as the structure?

Yes. Interaction software, content and the physical housing are produced together so they are tested as one system.

Can you do projection mapping outdoors?

Yes, subject to site survey, ambient light, projection distance and authority approvals — all of which we check before proposing it.

Do you provide drone light shows?

We produce them as part of a wider event, working with licensed drone show operators and handling the airspace and authority coordination through the production plan.

Can an installation be reused at another event?

Yes, where it is designed for it. We build modular housings and update content between deployments.

Can we capture visitor data from an interactive?

Yes, with consent-based capture built into the experience and exported in a format your team can use.
