Signage, Wayfinding & Venue Branding
The signage and branding that get visitors through a venue and remind them whose event they are at — directional signs, hoarding, banners, floor graphics and branded touchpoints, produced and installed in-house.
Wayfinding that gets people to the right hall on time
Poor wayfinding turns a well-run event into a frustrating one — delegates stuck at the wrong entrance, exhibitors unable to find their hall, VIPs missing a session. We design signage systems around the actual visitor journey through a venue, not just a set of pretty panels.
Our scope covers directional and informational signage, entrance arches and hoarding, floor and window graphics, pull-up banners and flag systems, and full venue branding that carries a client's identity across every touchpoint from car park to stage.
Because production and installation sit under one roof, we can turn around large-format print and signage on tight timelines and fix or replace anything that gets damaged during a multi-day show without waiting on a third-party supplier.

Where we install signage and branding
In Saudi Arabia we produce and install signage and venue branding for events and exhibitions in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and Dhahran, working directly with venue operations teams on install and de-rig windows.
In Bahrain we handle signage and branding for events and permanent installations in Manama and across the Kingdom, printed and finished in our own workshop.
How a signage project runs
- 1. Venue walk & brief — We map the venue and confirm the visitor journey signage needs to cover.
- 2. Wayfinding plan & designs — A signage schedule with quantities, sizes and locations for approval.
- 3. Print & fabrication — Large-format print, cut vinyl and structural signage produced in-house.
- 4. Overnight install — Signage installed to the schedule ahead of doors opening.
- 5. Live-show checks — Daily walk-throughs during multi-day events to catch damage or gaps.
- 6. Strike & removal — Full removal of temporary signage and hoarding at close of event.
Signage & wayfinding — common questions
Can you design the wayfinding plan, not just print the signs?
Yes. We start from the venue layout and expected visitor flow and design a full signage schedule before anything is printed.
Do you handle both indoor and outdoor signage?
Yes, including outdoor entrance features, hoarding and banners that need to withstand Gulf heat, sun and wind.
Can damaged signage be replaced during a multi-day exhibition?
Yes. Because we print and fabricate in-house, we can turn around replacements same-day for signage damaged during a live show.
Do you match our existing brand guidelines?
Yes, we work from supplied brand guidelines and produce signage consistent with your visual identity across every touchpoint.
How far in advance do you need the brief?
Simple signage packages can be produced in days; full venue branding rollouts are best briefed a few weeks ahead to allow for design approval and print scheduling.
