Event & Exhibition Company in Saudi Arabia

Design, fabrication, technical production and on-site delivery for exhibitions, conferences, launches and activations across the Kingdom.

Working in the Kingdom, not visiting it

Saudi Arabia runs one of the busiest event calendars in the region, and the venues, the contractors and the approval processes all have their own rules. Delivering here well is less about ideas and more about knowing how a hall operates, when build-up actually starts, and what the organiser will and will not sign off.

We produce exhibitions, conferences, product launches, ceremonies and brand activations across the Kingdom, with fabrication, graphics and technical production handled by our own teams rather than passed down a chain of subcontractors.

That matters most when something changes late — a stand position moves, a speaker is added, a hall changes its build-up window. When the people who drew it also built it, changes are absorbed rather than escalated.

Cities we cover

Riyadh is our main Saudi base and where most of our exhibition and conference work happens, across the city's major exhibition and convention venues, hotels and corporate campuses.

In Jeddah we deliver exhibitions, launches and corporate events, with build teams and materials moved in ahead of the schedule rather than sourced last minute.

In the Eastern Province we work in Dammam, Al Khobar and Dhahran, where industrial, energy and logistics clients dominate the calendar and technical requirements tend to be heavier.

How a Saudi project runs

  1. 1. Brief — Event, venue, dates, space or hall and objectives.
  2. 2. Design & cost — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised cost with no hidden site charges.
  3. 3. Approvals — Organiser, venue and authority submissions with drawings and safety documentation.
  4. 4. Production — Fabrication, graphics and technical prep with progress photos before shipping.
  5. 5. On site — Build-up, technical set-up, rehearsal and a supervisor present through show days.
  6. 6. Close — Dismantle, storage of reusable elements and a project debrief.

Working in Saudi Arabia — common questions

Do you have a Saudi presence or do you fly in?

Riyadh is our Saudi production base, and our teams work across Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and Dhahran from there.

Do you handle organiser and venue approvals?

Yes. Stand drawings, structural and safety documentation and contractor registrations are prepared and submitted by us.

Can you support an event in more than one Saudi city?

Yes. We regularly run the same programme or stand across several cities, moving one kit and one crew.

Do you work in Arabic?

Yes. Our team works in Arabic and English across planning, documentation and on-site delivery.

How early should we brief you?

For a custom exhibition stand, eight to ten weeks is comfortable. Shorter timelines are possible but reduce material and finish options.
