Cityscape — every edition, one build partner

Cityscape is not a single show. Developers who exhibit in Riyadh usually exhibit in Cairo, Manama, Kuwait City or Doha as well — and a stand that only works in one hall is a stand rebuilt from scratch every time.

A property brand that travels

Cityscape runs as a portfolio of regional property exhibitions. Each edition has its own organiser rules, its own hall specification and its own audience, but developers and agencies carry the same brand, the same sales story and often the same model displays between them.

We treat the series as one programme rather than a set of unrelated jobs. A stand designed for the first edition is documented so it can be re-cut, re-graphiced and re-installed for the next one, with only the parts that must change actually changing.

Dates and venues for each edition are announced by the organiser. Where an edition has not yet been announced, the edition page on this site says so plainly rather than showing a guessed date.

Modular structures, reusable graphics and storage between editions, which lowers the cost of the second and third show.

Organiser paperwork

Stand plans, structural drawings, electrical loads, rigging and health-and-safety submissions handled per organiser.

On-site crew

Install, show-day support and dismantle covered by our own supervisors and technical crew.

Activation beyond the hall

Hospitality suites, VIP dinners, hotel and mall activations and product launches timed around the show.

Cityscape — common questions

Can the same stand be used at more than one Cityscape edition?

Usually yes, in part. Structure, model plinths and lighting are designed to be reused; graphics, layout and any hall-specific elements are adapted per edition.

Do you build outside Saudi Arabia and Bahrain?

We fabricate in Riyadh and Manama and ship or work with vetted local fabrication for other markets, with our own supervisors on site.

Do you handle organiser approvals?

Yes — stand plans, structural and electrical documentation and health-and-safety submissions are prepared for each organiser.

Can you store the stand between editions?

Yes. Reusable elements are inventoried and stored, and refurbished before the next show.

Are you affiliated with Cityscape or its organiser?

No. We are an independent exhibition stand contractor and event producer working for exhibitors and sponsors.
