Event Production, Stage Design & Scenic Fabrication

The physical and technical side of an event: stages, sets, scenic elements, temporary structures, branding and the crews who build, operate and strike them.

Drawn, built and installed by the same company

Event production is what turns a plan into something you can walk into. It covers stage and set design, scenic fabrication, custom structures, branding and signage, rigging, power distribution and the technical crew who make it all work under show conditions.

We keep design and fabrication under one roof. A production designer draws the set, an engineer checks the structure and loadings, the workshop builds it, and our own installation crew puts it up. Nothing is handed to a third party halfway through with a drawing and a hope.

That matters most where schedules are tight — overnight installs in exhibition halls, ballroom turnarounds between sessions, outdoor builds that must survive Gulf heat and wind. We plan for those conditions from the drawing stage rather than discovering them on site.

Production capabilities

Stage & set design

Bespoke stages, backdrops, runways and scenic environments drawn in 3D and approved before build.

Scenic fabrication

Joinery, metalwork, print and finishing in our own workshop, with quality checked before it leaves.

Temporary structures

Custom-built platforms, entrance portals, tunnels, façades and outdoor structures engineered for the site.

Event branding & signage

Wayfinding, backdrops, banners, vinyl, fabric and dimensional branding produced to venue specifications.

Rigging & technical install

Truss, hanging points, power and cable management coordinated with venue technical teams.

Crew & show operations

Installation crews, stage managers and technical operators for the full run of the event.

Production in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain

Our Riyadh base handles production for the capital and for projects in Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar, working in the Kingdom's major exhibition and conference venues as well as hotels, malls and outdoor sites.

Our Bahrain workshop serves Manama and the wider Kingdom, and often supports Eastern Province projects because of the short land route across the causeway.

For clients producing across several markets, the advantage is consistency: the same drawings, the same finish standards and the same production manager, whichever city the event lands in.

From drawing to strike

  1. 1. Brief & site survey — Venue dimensions, access, rigging points, power and load-in windows checked before design.
  2. 2. Design & 3D — Concept visuals and technical drawings so you can see and approve the build.
  3. 3. Engineering — Structural detailing, loadings and compliance documentation for venue approval.
  4. 4. Fabrication — Build in our workshop with progress photos, and a pre-build where the schedule allows.
  5. 5. Install — Transport, load-in and installation by our own crew to the agreed schedule.
  6. 6. Show & strike — Technical operation through the event, then de-rig, removal and storage if required.

Event production — common questions

Do you design as well as build?

Yes. Most projects start with our design team, but we also build accurately from an external designer or architect's drawings.

Can you work overnight or in short install windows?

Yes. Overnight and phased installs are normal for us in exhibition halls and hotels; we plan crew shifts around the venue's access times.

Do you provide the structural documentation venues ask for?

We prepare technical drawings, loadings and method statements for venue and authority approval as part of the production package.

Can you store our set between events?

Yes, where the set is designed to be reused we can store, refurbish and redeploy it, which is usually cheaper than rebuilding.

Do you take on production only, without event management?

Yes. Many clients handle their own programme and bring us in purely for stage, set and technical delivery.
