Formula E — activation around the race weekend

Formula E brings brands, technology partners and hospitality programmes to the host city for a week. Most of the commercial work happens around the circuit, not on it.

Where the commercial work is

A race weekend generates fan zones, sponsor villages, hospitality suites, product launches, retail and mall activations, dealer events and content shoots — all of which need structures, power, screens, furniture and crew delivered in a very short window.

We support brands, sponsors and corporate clients activating around major motorsport events: design, fabrication, installation, technical operation and de-rig, with the compressed build schedules these weekends demand.

The Concept WLL is an independent production company. We are not an official supplier, licensee or partner of Formula E or the FIA, and any accreditation or rights-holder approval remains with the brand we work for.

Motorsport activation — common questions

Are you an official Formula E supplier?

No. We are an independent event production and brand activation company working for brands, sponsors and corporate clients.

How quickly can you build?

Race-weekend builds are usually measured in nights. We plan install and de-rig around the circuit schedule and access windows.

Can you work outside the circuit?

Yes — malls, hotels, showrooms and city sites are often where the brand activation actually happens.

Do you provide simulators and gaming content?

We supply and operate simulator and gaming hardware and integrate content supplied by the brand or its agency.

Which markets?

Saudi Arabia and Bahrain from our own facilities, and the wider GCC on a project basis.
