Where we work

In Saudi Arabia we deliver EV launch events, exhibition stands and mall activations in Riyadh and Jeddah, working directly with dealer groups, distributors and marketing agencies bringing new EV brands to the Kingdom.

In Bahrain, our Manama workshop supports showroom fit-outs and launch events for the local market, with fabrication and installation handled by the same in-house team from concept to opening day.

Because many EV brands are entering several Gulf markets at once, we also produce activations designed to be rebuilt or redeployed across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain with a consistent look and a lower overall cost than building separately for each market.

How an EV launch project runs

  5. 5. Install & rehearsal — Build-up, technical set-up and rehearsal ahead of the reveal.
  6. 6. Close — Dismantle, storage of reusable elements and a project debrief.

Do you work with EV brands directly or only through agencies?

Both. We work directly with automotive brands, dealers and distributors, as well as with agencies managing the launch on their behalf.

Can you build a showroom fit-out as well as a one-off launch event?

Yes. Showroom fit-out, display platforms and long-term brand spaces are part of our regular scope alongside single-day launch events.

Can the same launch build tour multiple cities or markets?

Yes. We design many launch and roadshow builds to be demountable so they can be reused across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

How far in advance should we brief you for a launch event?

Eight to ten weeks is comfortable for a full launch build; shorter timelines are possible but reduce material and finish options.

Do you handle exhibition stands at motor shows and expos too?
