Automotive Fan Zone Production

A fan zone is where a car brand meets a crowd — display cars, driving simulators, photo moments and family activities, built to hold attention for a whole event day.

Built for footfall, not just for looks

Fan zones live or die on flow: how easily a crowd moves between a car display, a simulator queue, a photo point and a merchandise or giveaway counter. We design the layout first, then the branding, so the zone works under real crowd numbers.

Our scope covers structure and shade, car and product display staging, simulator and gaming stations, queue management, branded signage and wayfinding, and staffing to keep activities running across long event days in outdoor heat.

We are not affiliated with any race series or automotive federation; we build fan zones for brands, dealerships and event organisers who are producing their own public engagement space around motoring events.

Where we build fan zones

We build automotive fan zones in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar, and in Bahrain including Manama, for dealerships, brands and organisers running public activations around motoring events.

Outdoor builds are engineered for GCC heat and wind conditions, with shade, cooling and power planned into the design from the start.

Zones can scale from a single display corner to a multi-activity area with several thousand visitors expected across an event weekend.

How we plan a fan zone

  1. 1. Audience & footfall — Expected visitor numbers, dwell time and the activities that will hold attention.
  2. 2. Layout & concept — Zone plan, branding and activity mix presented as a visual concept.
  3. 3. Site approvals — Venue sign-off, power, access and safety requirements confirmed.
  4. 4. Build & install — Structures, displays and technical stations produced and installed on schedule.
  5. 5. Live day operation — Staffing, queue management and technical support throughout event hours.
  6. 6. De-rig & report — Fast breakdown and a photographic and attendance record of the zone.
