About Bahrain Grand Prix
The Bahrain Grand Prix is run at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir, a permanent facility with fixed paddock, grandstand and hospitality infrastructure. Our own Bahrain workshop is a short drive from the circuit, so fabrication, delivery and overnight crew changes happen locally rather than being shipped in.
The circuit is permanent: the Bahrain International Circuit, Sakhir. Round dates change from season to season. The next round is shown above exactly as published by the organiser, and listed as "dates TBA" whenever no official calendar date exists yet.
The Concept WLL is an independent event production company. We are not an official supplier, promoter or partner of Formula 1, the FIA or the circuit.

When is the next Bahrain Grand Prix?
Formula 1 publishes each season’s calendar on formula1.com. We show the confirmed date on this page only once it appears there; until then the round is listed as dates TBA.
Is The Concept WLL an official Formula 1 supplier?
No. We are an independent event production company working for sponsors, brands and corporate clients activating around the race. We hold no official Formula 1, FIA, promoter or circuit affiliation.
Can you build trackside hospitality?
Yes, within the access, security and structural rules set by the circuit and promoter for the event footprint.
How early should a race-week activation be planned?
Ten to twelve weeks is realistic, given accreditation, structural approvals and the short on-site build window.
Do you work across more than one Grand Prix?
Yes. Sponsors who activate at more than one regional round usually reuse one modular build across races, which is cheaper than a new build each time.
