About LEAP Riyadh
LEAP brings enterprise technology, cloud, AI, cybersecurity and start-up ecosystems together at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center in Malham. It is organised by Tahaluf with the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
Exhibitor halls at LEAP are dominated by large custom builds, double-decker stands and demo-heavy environments, so structural approvals, rigging and power submissions run on a tight organiser deadline.

Modular systems stored between editions so a stand can return next year with new graphics instead of a full rebuild.
Frequently asked questions
When is the next LEAP edition?
LEAP 2026 ran 31 August – 3 September 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center in Malham. Dates for the following edition are shown on this page as soon as the organiser publishes them.
How early should we book a stand contractor for LEAP?
Ten to fourteen weeks before build-up is a realistic window for a custom stand. It covers concept, 3D approval, structural sign-off, fabrication and venue permits without compressing quality.
Do you handle double-decker stands at LEAP?
Yes. Double-decker builds need engineered drawings and load calculations approved by the venue, which we prepare and submit as part of the project.
Is The Concept WLL an official LEAP contractor?
No. We are an independent exhibition stand contractor working for exhibitors. Official appointments are made by the organiser.
Can you reuse our stand for the next edition?
Yes. We build in modular systems where it makes sense and store them between editions so you pay for refresh rather than a full rebuild.
