What is MEBAA Show 2026?
MEBAA Show 2026 is a trade exhibition in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates at DWC, Dubai Airshow Site covering Aviation, organised by MEBAA. It is scheduled for 8 December 2026 – 10 December 2026.
Who takes part?
Exhibitors at a Aviation exhibition are typically manufacturers, distributors, service providers, government entities and start-ups that want to meet buyers, partners and specialists face to face. For most of them the stand is the main sales tool of the show, so it has to explain the offer quickly, host meetings and stand out on a busy hall floor.

- Organiser approvals, build-up and dismantling
Planning timeline for exhibitors
Start early: stand space and budget are typically agreed four to six months before the event, with design and 3D visuals completed in the weeks that follow.
Most organisers ask for technical drawings and approvals six to eight weeks before opening. Fabrication starts as soon as the design is signed off, and installation happens during the build-up days set by the organiser.
Because the dates of MEBAA Show 2026 are confirmed, you can count these stages back from the opening day.
