Middle East Poultry Expo 2026 is a trade exhibition in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center covering Poultry & food. It is scheduled for 4 October 2026 – 6 October 2026.
Who takes part?
Exhibitors at a Poultry & food exhibition are typically manufacturers, distributors, service providers, government entities and start-ups that want to meet buyers, partners and specialists face to face. For most of them the stand is the main sales tool of the show, so it has to explain the offer quickly, host meetings and stand out on a busy hall floor.

Planning timeline for exhibitors
Start early: stand space and budget are typically agreed four to six months before the event, with design and 3D visuals completed in the weeks that follow.
Most organisers ask for technical drawings and approvals six to eight weeks before opening. Fabrication starts as soon as the design is signed off, and installation happens during the build-up days set by the organiser.
Because the dates of Middle East Poultry Expo 2026 are confirmed, you can count these stages back from the opening day.
