Motorsport events — and the work around them
Race weekends, rally rounds and motorsport festivals bring brands, sponsors and hospitality programmes to the host city. Most of the commercial build is around the circuit, not on it.

Why motorsport is a build-heavy category
A motorsport event turns a stretch of city or desert into a temporary venue for a few days. Everything a visitor touches — fan zones, sponsor villages, hospitality suites, retail, simulators, screens — is installed, run and removed inside a very short window.
That compresses the whole production process. Drawings, permits, freight and crew have to be right first time because there is no second install slot, and de-rig usually happens overnight.
We support brands, sponsors and corporate clients activating around major motorsport events. The Concept WLL is not an official supplier or partner of any championship or rights-holder.

Motorsport — common questions
Do you work inside the circuit?
We work wherever the brand has space: paddock-adjacent hospitality, fan zones, sponsor villages, and off-circuit sites in the city.
How short can a build window be?
Often a single overnight. We plan install sequence, freight and crew around the access schedule.
Do you supply racing simulators?
Yes — simulator rigs, gaming pods, screens and the technical crew to run them through the weekend.
Are you affiliated with any championship?
No. We are an independent production and activation company working for brands and sponsors.
Which markets?
Saudi Arabia and Bahrain from our own facilities, wider GCC on a project basis.
