GITEX Global is one of the busiest technology shows anywhere, and a stand there competes with thousands of others for a few seconds of attention. Good GITEX stand design in Dubai starts with a simple question: what should a visitor understand, touch or try before they walk on? The Concept WLL designs and builds exhibition stands that answer that question clearly, for software companies, hardware makers, telecoms operators, start-ups and government technology entities.

According to the organiser, GITEX Global 2026 runs from 7 to 11 December 2026. The GITEX Summit opens on 7 December at Dubai World Trade Centre, and the exhibition and conferences run from 8 to 11 December at Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai. It is the first edition held at the new venue, so build-up access, hall layouts and exhibitor rules may differ from what returning exhibitors are used to. We plan from the 2026 exhibitor manual, not from past years.

We are an independent stand contractor working for exhibitors. We are not the organiser, an official contractor or a partner of GITEX.

What makes a technology stand work at GITEX

Most technology products are invisible: a platform, an API, a security layer, a chip inside a device. A GITEX booth design in Dubai has to turn that into something a visitor can see from the aisle and understand in under a minute. That usually means one clear headline, one hero demonstration and a layout that moves people from curiosity to a real conversation.

A headline you can read from ten metres

One sentence about what you do and for whom, high on the stand and lit properly. Long lists of features belong on screens and in conversations, not on the fascia.

Demo pods that are comfortable to use

Counters at the right height, screens angled away from glare, cable management and enough room for a visitor and a presenter to stand side by side without blocking the aisle.

Screens with a purpose

LED walls and displays sized for the content you actually have. We plan screen positions, resolutions and mounting with your content team so the video looks right on the day.

Space for serious meetings

Investors, partners and enterprise buyers want somewhere quieter. A semi-closed meeting room or lounge at the back of the stand often does more for sales than another screen.

Stand types we design and build for GITEX Global

Exhibitors at GITEX range from start-ups on small pods to global brands with large island stands. We work across that range and design to the space and budget you have booked.

Shell scheme and small-space upgrades

Custom graphics, a branded counter, lighting and a screen on a shell or small raw space. A practical step up for start-ups and first-time exhibitors.

Custom stands on raw space

Built from the floor up with flooring, joinery, lighting, storage and meeting areas. The usual choice for established technology companies.

Island and double-sided stands

Open on several sides, with hanging or tall brand elements, multiple demo zones and a central meeting core.

Pavilions and shared stands

Country, city or association pavilions with individual pods for each exhibitor and a shared reception and meeting area. See our country pavilion page for how we plan these.

GITEX stand fabrication and finishing

Technology stands are judged up close. Visitors lean on counters, pick up devices and look at edges and joins. Our GITEX stand fabrication covers joinery, metalwork, acrylic, printed and illuminated graphics, flooring and integrated technical fit-out, with finishes chosen to look clean under bright hall lighting and on camera.

We pre-plan each stand in sections so it can be transported to the venue and assembled within the build-up window. Where it makes more sense to produce some elements closer to Dubai, we tell you in the quote which parts are made where. Reusable structures are an option if you plan to exhibit at other technology shows in the region, such as LEAP in Riyadh.

Lighting, AV and power for demonstrations

A GITEX exhibition stand contractor has to get the technical layer right, because a demo that fails on the opening morning is worse than no demo at all. We design power, data and AV into the stand from the first drawing rather than adding them at the end.

Power and data planning

We list every device, screen and charging point, then size the electrical order you place with the organiser so nothing is left short.

LED and display integration

LED walls, touchscreens and monitors built flush into walls and counters, with access panels for technicians.

Lighting

Architectural lighting that flatters the brand and the product, without glare on screens.

Sound for presentations

Small presentation areas with controlled audio, so a talk on your stand does not compete with the neighbouring stand.

Planning around the 2026 dates and the new venue

With the exhibition opening on 8 December 2026, the planning window is short. As a guide, a custom stand needs a confirmed space, a brief and a first 3D concept several weeks before build-up, so there is time for revisions, organiser approval and fabrication. Shell scheme upgrades can move faster.

Because 2026 is the first GITEX Global at Dubai Exhibition Centre, we check the new venue rules carefully: build-up and breakdown times, height limits, rigging points, loading access and drawing deadlines all come from the official exhibitor manual. If you are also hosting a summit-day meeting or an evening event, we can plan that production in parallel.

GITEX stand design Dubai FAQs

When and where is GITEX Global 2026?

The organiser lists 7 to 11 December 2026. The GITEX Summit is on 7 December at Dubai World Trade Centre, and the exhibition and conferences run from 8 to 11 December at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai. Always check the official GITEX website for any changes.

Are you an official GITEX contractor?

No. We are an independent stand designer and builder working directly for exhibitors. We follow the organiser's exhibitor manual and submit the drawings and documents it asks for.

How early should we start planning a GITEX stand?

For a custom stand, as early as you have a confirmed space. A brief and first concept several weeks before build-up leaves time for changes, organiser approval and fabrication. Smaller upgrades can be done on shorter timelines.

Can you build a stand for a start-up with a small budget?

Yes. We design shell scheme upgrades and compact custom stands that focus the budget on one strong headline, a good demo counter and lighting.

Do you handle screens and LED walls?

Yes. We plan, supply and integrate LED walls, displays and touchscreens as part of the stand, and coordinate power and data with your electrical order.

Can the stand be reused at other technology shows?

Yes, if you tell us at the start. We can design a reusable core structure with changeable graphics so the same stand works at other shows in the region.

How do we get a quote?

Send us your floor plan, stand size and a short brief using the quote form. We reply with questions, then a free 3D concept and a detailed quotation.
