Event Production for Advertising Agencies in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf & worldwide
We plan, produce and build events for the advertising agencies sector — conferences and seminars, product launches, internal and external communication events, brand activations and exhibition stands. Design, fabrication, technical production and on-site delivery come from one team, in English and Arabic.
What advertising agencies events actually demand
Our briefs in this sector come from creative directors, producers and OOH planning teams. The work ranges from a single seminar or media briefing to a full exhibition presence, a product reveal or a season of activations — and it is usually judged on how the audience in the room reacts, not on the size of the production.
The recurring difficulty is specific: a concept is approved in a deck and then has to exist physically within a deadline set by a media booking that cannot move. That is a production and planning problem rather than a creative one, and it is where having our own workshop, technical stock and installation crews changes the outcome.
In the region, advertising agencies audiences gather around settings such as campaign sites and media locations in Riyadh, Jeddah and Manama. We work inside those calendars — and equally outside them, on the private events a company runs for its own clients, partners and staff.
We build experiential stunts, branded installations, award nights and agency showcases, handling fabrication and technical production for creative teams.
Who usually commissions this work: advertising and creative agencies; media-buying and out-of-home firms; production houses; award and festival organisers.
Stunts in public space — Out-of-home stunts need permits, structural checks and quick removal.
Industry juries — Award nights for creatives are judged harshly on production quality.

Where we deliver
Our workshop and installation crews are based in Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia is our largest delivery market — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Dhahran and Al Khobar — with regular work across the wider Gulf.
For the rest of the region we mobilise our own supervisors and travel with the production, working alongside vetted local suppliers for labour, rigging and logistics in each market.
Outside the region we work the same way: our project and technical leads travel with the build, and local partners handle in-country labour, freight and permits. We are an independent production company, not an agent or official supplier of any organiser, venue or brand.
How a project runs
- 1. Brief — Objectives, audience, venue, dates and the budget you are working to.
- 2. Concept & cost — Design direction, 3D visuals and an itemised quotation with nothing hidden.
- 3. Approvals — Venue, municipality and safety submissions prepared and followed through.
- 4. Production — Fabrication, print, AV and content prepared in-house, with progress photos.
- 5. On site — Build-up, technical rehearsal and a supervisor present for the whole show.
- 6. Close — Dismantle, storage of reusable elements and a written debrief.
Advertising Agencies events — common questions
Do you understand how advertising agencies audiences behave?
Yes — we plan around them. a concept is approved in a deck and then has to exist physically within a deadline set by a media booking that cannot move. We design the room, the sequence and the staffing around that reality, and we will tell you plainly when a brief asks for something the audience will not respond to.
What does a project like this cost?
It depends on scale, venue and build complexity, so we quote itemised rather than quoting a single figure — design, fabrication, AV, staffing and logistics listed separately, so you can see exactly what moves the number and what can be reused later.
Can you run the event in Arabic and English?
Yes. Signage, presentation content, host scripts, invitations and on-site crew all work in both languages, with Arabic set right-to-left and typeset properly rather than machine-translated.
Can you deliver outside the Gulf?
Yes. Our team travels with the project and we appoint local partners for labour, freight and permits in the destination market. We say clearly what is delivered by our own crew and what is handled locally, before you commit.
Can you build a temporary installation in a public space?
Yes, once the site owner and authorities approve; structural and electrical elements are checked by qualified partners where required.
