Gala Dinners, Awards & VIP Ceremonies

Evenings where the room, the timing and the protocol have to be right — gala dinners, award nights, opening and signing ceremonies, and events with senior or official guests.

Ceremony is choreography

A ceremony is a sequence: guests arrive, are seated, watch, are recognised, eat, and leave — each step timed and each transition rehearsed. When the choreography is right the evening feels effortless. When it is not, the room notices immediately.

We design and produce the whole evening: room and stage design, table plan and seating protocol, arrival and receiving lines, AV and lighting, awards flow and trophy handling, entertainment cueing, catering coordination with the venue and the show calling that keeps it all to time.

Where official or senior guests attend, protocol becomes the plan: seating order, arrival routes, security coordination, photography rules and speech sequencing. We handle these requirements routinely in both Riyadh and Manama.

Where we produce ceremonies

In Saudi Arabia we produce gala dinners, award ceremonies and official openings in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar, in hotel ballrooms, convention centres and purpose-built venues.

In Bahrain we produce ceremonies in Manama and across the Kingdom, with set and dressing built in our own workshop.

Opening and inauguration ceremonies at project sites — factories, developments, retail launches — bring their own constraints around power, weather, dust and access. We survey those sites and build for the conditions.

Producing the evening

  1. 1. Guest list & format — Numbers, seniority, seating protocol, dining format and the tone of the evening.
  2. 2. Design — Room layout, stage and set design, lighting and dressing, presented visually.
  3. 3. Run-of-show — Minute-by-minute schedule covering arrival, speeches, awards, service and close.
  4. 4. Content & rehearsal — Screen content, award graphics, presenter briefing and a full technical rehearsal.
  5. 5. The evening — Show calling, technical operation, protocol management and live problem solving.
  6. 6. Wrap-up — De-rig, reconciliation and a photographic record of the event.

Ceremonies — common questions

Do you handle seating protocol for official guests?

Can you produce award content for each winner?

Yes. Category graphics, winner films and screen sequences are produced and cued to the run-of-show.

Do you book entertainment?

Yes, we source and contract performers and integrate them technically, or work with acts you have already booked.

Do you work with the hotel's catering team?
