A stage is an engineering problem before it is a design problem

Every stage carries loads: performers, speakers, LED walls, moving elements, sometimes vehicles or heavy props. We design scenic work with structural loadings checked from the first sketch, not discovered when something flexes under weight during rehearsal.

Our scope covers modular staging and decking, scenic flats and backdrops, branded podiums and lecterns, truss and rigging for LED and lighting, and set dressing that carries a theme through a ballroom or exhibition hall. Everything is drawn, engineered, fabricated and installed by the same team.

We work to conference and ceremony schedules where the stage often has to go up overnight and come down before the next session, which shapes how we design connections, panel sizes and rigging points from day one.

Where we build stages and sets

In Saudi Arabia we design and build stages for conferences, ceremonies and launches in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and Dhahran, working to the load-in and turnaround windows of the region's main convention and exhibition venues.

In Bahrain our workshop fabricates scenic elements for events in Manama and across the Kingdom, with the same structural engineering standards applied on every job.

How a stage build runs

  1. 1. Brief & venue check — We confirm venue dimensions, rigging points, load-in access and show requirements.
  2. 2. Design & structural sign-off — Stage drawings and load calculations reviewed before anything is fabricated.
  3. 3. Workshop fabrication — Decking, flats and branded elements built and test-assembled off site.
  4. 4. Load-in & rigging — Structural install, rigging and safety checks ahead of technical rehearsal.
  5. 5. Rehearsal & adjustment — On-site fine-tuning against the run-of-show before doors open.
  6. 6. Strike — Timed de-rig and removal to meet the venue's turnaround schedule.

Stage & scenic production — common questions

Can you design a stage to fit our exact venue?

Yes. We start from the venue's dimensions, rigging points and load-in access, and design the stage and structure around those constraints.

Do you provide structural certification for rigging?

We produce structural drawings and loading calculations for our builds and work within the safety requirements set by the venue and relevant authorities.

Can the stage be reused for multiple sessions or days?

Yes, modular decking and scenic panels can be reconfigured between sessions or reused across a multi-day event without a full rebuild.

How fast can a stage go up and come down?

Overnight builds and same-night strikes are routine for us — tell us the venue's available window and we will confirm what is achievable.

Do you also handle the LED screens and lighting on the stage?

Yes, our AV and LED team works alongside scenic production so screens, lighting and rigging are integrated from the design stage, not bolted on afterwards.
