Mall Activations & Retail Kiosks
Custom kiosks, pop-up units and in-centre activations built to mall specification, approved by centre management and staffed with briefed promoters who know the product.
Built to the mall's rulebook, not around it
Every shopping centre has its own technical requirements for kiosks and activations — power loads, fire ratings, footprint limits, look-and-feel approval. Projects stall when a design is finished before those requirements are checked. We confirm mall specifications first and design the unit to pass approval the first time.
Our scope covers kiosk and pop-up design and fabrication, mall approval documentation, delivery and overnight installation within centre operating hours, and promoter staffing briefed on the product and the mechanic driving footfall.
Because units are fabricated in-house, they can be designed for reuse across multiple centres or a seasonal campaign, which keeps repeat activation costs down.

Where we run mall activations
In Saudi Arabia we design, build and staff mall activations and kiosks in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar, working directly with centre management on approvals and install windows.
In Bahrain we run mall activations in Manama and across the island, produced from our own workshop and staffed with locally briefed promoters.
How a mall activation runs
- 1. Mall specification check — We confirm the centre's technical requirements before designing anything.
- 2. Design & approval submission — Drawings and documentation submitted to centre management for sign-off.
- 3. Fabrication — The kiosk or pop-up unit is built in-house to the approved design.
- 4. Overnight install — Delivered and installed within the mall's permitted access hours.
- 5. Staffed activation — Briefed promoters run the activation with daily reporting.
- 6. Strike & removal — Full removal at campaign close, in line with mall requirements.
Mall activations & kiosks — common questions
Do you handle the mall approval process for us?
Yes. We prepare the drawings, material certificates and technical documentation most centres require and manage the submission and approval process.
Can the same unit run in several malls over a campaign?
Yes, if planned up front. We design units to be disassembled and rebuilt across multiple centres, which reduces cost per location.
Do you provide the promoters as well as the kiosk?
Yes, we can supply bilingual promoters briefed on your product and the activation mechanic, with daily reporting during the campaign.
How much lead time does mall approval need?
Mall approval timelines vary by centre; simpler kiosk designs move faster, and we will confirm a realistic schedule once we know which malls you are targeting.
Can you install and remove overnight without disrupting mall hours?
Yes, installation and strike are scheduled within the centre's permitted access windows, which is usually overnight or before opening hours.
