Event production across all 13 Saudi regions

One directory for planning events, exhibition stands, launches, concerts and immersive experiences anywhere in the Kingdom — by region, city, destination and venue — with the same design, fabrication and technical team behind each project.

How to use this directory

Saudi Arabia is organised into 13 administrative regions, each with its own mix of cities, governorates and towns. A trade show in Riyadh, a heritage programme in AlUla, a coastal launch in Yanbu and an industrial conference in Jubail need different logistics, suppliers and planning windows — so each region page explains what matters there before you brief us.

City pages cover the places where we most often receive briefs; destination pages describe giga-project and tourism destinations as their developers present them; venue guides explain supplier planning at specific halls and arenas. None of these pages implies a local office, a venue appointment or a past project at that place unless our portfolio shows it.

How we work with you

  1. Brief — Share the event type, site or venue, dates if confirmed, audience and objectives.
  2. Site & rules check — We review access, power, rigging and the organiser or landlord rules that apply to this site.
  3. Design & proposal — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal so scope and cost are clear before commitment.
  4. Production & logistics — Off-site fabrication, technical preparation, transport and crew scheduling planned around the site window.
  5. Install, operate, dismantle — On-site build, testing, show support and a planned breakdown with the site handed back as agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Can you deliver outside Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province?

Yes. We plan projects in every region; for remote or seasonal sites we build extra time into transport, crew travel, accommodation and power so the programme is realistic.

Why are there no pages for every service in every town?

Because the service is the same wherever it is delivered. Region pages explain what changes locally; service pages explain the work itself in depth.

Do you have an office or workshop in this location?

Our head office is in Manama, Bahrain, and we run Saudi projects with production capability in Riyadh. We plan delivery to each location project by project — travelling crews, transport and local suppliers where needed — rather than claiming a local office.
