Planning for two venues

For 2027 the organiser runs WHX across Dubai Exhibition Centre and Dubai World Trade Centre. Fabrication, finishes and AV

Our fabrication covers joinery, metalwork, acrylic, solid-surface and laminate finishes, printed and illuminated graphics, flooring and integrated technical fit-out, with finishes chosen to stay clean and durable over four busy days.

We design power and data into the stand from the first drawing: every imaging system, analyser, monitor, demo workstation and charging point is listed so the electrical order you place with the organiser is sized correctly. LED walls, touchscreens and monitors are built flush into walls and counters with access panels for technicians. Lighting is planned to flatter products without glare on screens, and presentation areas get controlled audio so talks do not compete with neighbouring stands.

Timeline to January 2027

With the show opening on 25 January 2027, and the Christmas and New Year period falling just before build-up, the planning window is shorter than it looks. As a guide, you need a confirmed space, a brief and a first 3D concept well before the end of the year, so there is time for revisions, organiser drawing approval and fabrication. Shell scheme upgrades can move faster.

Regulatory and promotional review is often the longest step for healthcare exhibitors, because claims on graphics and screens usually need internal medical or legal approval. We build that review time into the schedule and keep artwork deadlines clear, so approved content reaches the printer and the screens on time.
