Egypt runs one of the largest exhibition calendars in the region, centred on Cairo. The Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo carries most of the large trade shows, while conference centres and hotels across Cairo host summits, association congresses and corporate programmes.

The practical work is documentation and timing. Organiser and venue approvals, contractor registration, imported material clearance and build-up windows all need to be settled early, so a project that is fully drawn and submitted well before the build day runs far more smoothly.
