Formula 1 — one production partner across the regional rounds
Three Formula 1 rounds sit within a short flight of our workshops: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi. Sponsors who activate at more than one of them rarely need three separate builds.

The regional rounds
Race weeks compress a very large amount of commercial work into a few days: trackside hospitality, sponsor villages, product displays, guest programmes and content shoots, all inside access windows set by the circuit and promoter.
We design builds so structure, plinths, lighting and screens carry over between rounds, and only graphics and layout change. That is materially cheaper than a fresh build per race, and it keeps the brand looking the same in all three paddocks.
Round dates are published by Formula 1 and move between seasons. Each race page on this site shows a date only once it is published; otherwise it says dates TBA.
The Concept WLL is an independent event production company and holds no official Formula 1, FIA, promoter or circuit affiliation.

Formula 1 activation — common questions
Are you an official Formula 1 supplier?
No. We work for sponsors, brands and corporate clients as an independent production company.
Can one build travel between rounds?
Usually in large part — structure and technical kit are designed for reuse, graphics and layout are adapted per circuit.
When are the next race dates?
Formula 1 publishes each season’s calendar. We only show a date after it appears there.
How early should we start?
Ten to twelve weeks, mainly because of accreditation and structural approvals.
Which rounds do you cover?
Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi from our Riyadh and Manama facilities.
