About Dakar Rally Saudi Arabia
The rally runs over roughly two weeks in January across desert stages, with a start, bivouacs and a finish published by the organiser each year. The 2027 edition is scheduled for January 2027 in Saudi Arabia.
Because the route moves, brand work concentrates on the start and finish sites, the service park, city-side launch events, dealer and retail roadshows, and campaigns built around the vehicles rather than a single fixed stand.

Can you deliver hospitality inside the venue?
Only where the client holds the relevant rights or venue permission. Otherwise we build the brand experience at hotels, malls, showrooms or private venues nearby.
How early should an activation be planned?
Eight to twelve weeks is realistic for a full build, given venue approvals, fabrication and the demand concentrated in the same week.
