Gaming and esports events sit between live entertainment and technical production: a competitive stage needs broadcast-grade screens, lighting and sound, while a sponsor or brand zone around it needs the same design attention as any other activation. Few crews are set up to deliver both at once, which is exactly the gap we work in.

Where we work

In Saudi Arabia, gaming and esports activity has grown quickly across Riyadh and Jeddah, and we deliver tournament stages, gaming zones and exhibition stands for organisers, sponsors and technology brands in both cities.

In Bahrain, our Manama workshop and technical team support gaming zone activations and exhibition presence for the local market, with the same in-house design-to-install process used across our other work.

Because gaming brands and organisers often run activity across several Gulf markets, we also design stages and gaming zones to be demounted and redeployed between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, keeping a consistent build while reducing overall cost.

Are you affiliated with any esports league or tournament organiser?

No. We are an independent production company delivering stages, gaming zones and activations for brands, sponsors and organisers; we hold no official rights or affiliation with any esports league or tournament.

Can you produce a broadcast-ready competition stage?

Yes. We build LED, lighting, sound and camera-ready stages, and can work alongside a client's broadcast or streaming production partner.

Do you build gaming zones for malls as well as competition stages?

Yes. Branded gaming zones for malls, campuses and expos are a regular part of our work alongside competitive stage builds.

Can a gaming zone or stage be reused across multiple locations?

Yes. Many of our gaming zone and stage builds are designed to be demountable and redeployed across venues or markets.

How far in advance should we brief you for a tournament stage?

Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a full stage build; shorter timelines are possible depending on scope.
