Esports Stage Production

A tournament stage has to look right on camera and hold up under hours of live play — LED backdrops, competitor desks, lighting and sound built to broadcast standard.

Staging built for camera and competition

Esports stages are judged twice over: once by the audience in the room, and again by everyone watching the stream. We design backdrops, lighting and desk layouts that read well on camera as well as in person.

Our scope covers stage and set design, LED walls and broadcast-ready backdrops, competitor desks and casting positions, creative and moving-light rigs, sound reinforcement, and staging support that works alongside your production or broadcast team.

We support brands, sponsors, organisers and corporate clients producing tournament and league stages, and coordinate with the broadcast or stream production team on camera positions, lighting levels and desk cabling — we are not a broadcast rights-holder or league operator ourselves.

Where we build esports stages

We build esports stages in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar in Saudi Arabia, and in Manama and across Bahrain, in convention centres, arenas and purpose-fitted venues.

We work alongside broadcast and stream production teams to align camera plans, lighting levels and cable routing, keeping our own scope focused on the physical stage and set.

Stages are engineered for multi-day tournament schedules, with load-in and turnaround planned against the competition calendar.

How we build the stage

  1. 1. Brief & camera plan — Format, camera positions, sponsor branding and technical requirements.
  2. 2. Stage & set design — Layout, LED plan and desk design presented as a visual concept.
  3. 3. Technical coordination — Lighting, sound and cabling planned with your broadcast or AV team.
  4. 4. Build & rig — Stage, LED, desks and lighting built and rigged ahead of live days.
  5. 5. Rehearsal & live days — Technical rehearsal followed by full production support through competition.
  6. 6. De-rig & report — Fast breakdown and a full production report with photography.
