Gaming Event Production

From a brand gaming activation to a community tournament, we produce the whole event: the venue build, the stage and screens, the gaming stations, and the crew running the room.

One producer for the whole event

Gaming events combine a live-event production problem — stage, lighting, sound, seating, crowd flow — with a technical one: reliable networks, player stations and screens that have to work without failure in front of an audience. We plan for both from day one.

Our scope covers venue and stage design, LED screens and broadcast-ready visuals, player and gaming pods, competition and casual play areas, lighting and sound design, and full production management across build, live days and de-rig.

We have produced gaming and technology events for corporate clients and brands in both Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, working with a client's technical and content teams where a game publisher or platform is involved.

Where we produce gaming events

We produce gaming events in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar in Saudi Arabia, and in Manama and across Bahrain, in convention centres, hotel ballrooms and purpose-built venues.

Formats range from a single-day brand activation to multi-day events with public audiences, built to the access, power and network requirements each venue sets.

We coordinate with in-house or third-party technical teams for network infrastructure and live-stream feeds, and focus our own scope on the physical build, stage and audience experience.

How we produce a gaming event

  1. 1. Brief & format — Audience size, format, game titles and the technical requirements of the day.
  2. 2. Venue & concept design — Room layout, stage design and gaming zone concept presented visually.
  3. 3. Technical planning — Power, network, screens and audio specified against the venue.
  4. 4. Build & install — Stage, pods, screens and lighting produced and installed ahead of live days.
  5. 5. Live event days — Show calling, technical operation and audience management throughout.
  6. 6. De-rig & report — Fast breakdown and a full production report with photography.
