Event production in Madinah Region

Madinah Region spans a holy city with a strong conference and hospitality calendar, AlUla’s heritage landscape and cultural festivals, and Yanbu’s industrial port and Red Sea coast — three very different production environments in one region.

Planning projects in Madinah Region

In Madinah city we deliver conferences, government and hospitality events and cultural exhibitions with discreet production and content aligned with the city’s character. AlUla needs a different approach: protected heritage settings, landscape-sensitive installations and long transport legs, with every intervention agreed with the destination’s authorities.

Yanbu combines a large industrial city with a coastal tourism strip, producing industrial conferences, company ceremonies and seaside events. Historic sites such as Badr and Khaybar suit heritage interpretation and cultural programmes.

Cities, governorates and towns

Places in Madinah Region that briefs commonly name include Madinah, AlUla, Yanbu, Badr, Khaybar, Al Mahd, Al Hanakiyah, Al Ais, Wadi Al Fara. These are a mix of cities, towns, governorates and localities; the list is a planning reference, not a complete administrative register.

Rua Al Madinah is an announced development close to the Prophet’s Mosque focused on hospitality and visitor services. Related briefs — sales centres, launch ceremonies, exhibition models — are treated as development projects, not as events in completed facilities.

How we work with you

  1. Brief — Share the event type, site or venue, dates if confirmed, audience and objectives.
  2. Site & rules check — We review access, power, rigging and the organiser or landlord rules that apply to this site.
  3. Design & proposal — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal so scope and cost are clear before commitment.
  4. Production & logistics — Off-site fabrication, technical preparation, transport and crew scheduling planned around the site window.
  5. Install, operate, dismantle — On-site build, testing, show support and a planned breakdown with the site handed back as agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Can you build installations in AlUla’s heritage areas?

Only with the destination’s approvals. We design for minimal ground impact, reversible fixings and agreed access routes, and treat those approvals as part of the programme.

Do you work at the convention centre in Madinah?

We plan for clients holding events at Madinah venues, including the King Salman International Convention Center when its operator confirms availability. We are an independent supplier, not the venue’s contractor.

Do you have an office or workshop in this location?

Our head office is in Manama, Bahrain, and we run Saudi projects with production capability in Riyadh. We plan delivery to each location project by project — travelling crews, transport and local suppliers where needed — rather than claiming a local office.
