Events, exhibitions and experiences in AlUla
AlUla’s sandstone valleys, archaeological sites and festival seasons make it one of the Kingdom’s most distinctive event settings. We plan scenic, technical and hospitality builds that respect the landscape and the destination’s rules.
Planning in AlUla
AlUla’s calendar has included programmes such as AZIMUTH and Winter at Tantora, at settings including Maraya and desert sites around the valleys. Each edition’s programme and locations are announced by the organisers, so we treat these as context and confirm the site for every brief.
Work near heritage sites needs minimal-impact foundations, reversible fixings, light-pollution awareness and agreed access routes. Long distances from Riyadh and Jeddah mean full kits, spares and crew accommodation are planned before mobilising.

Around AlUla
Briefs in AlUla often involve the old town, the oasis, Maraya and desert valley sites, with guests staying at resorts around the governorate. We coordinate deliveries and crew movements with the destination’s site teams.
How we work with you
- Brief — Share the event type, site or venue, dates if confirmed, audience and objectives.
- Site & rules check — We review access, power, rigging and the organiser or landlord rules that apply to this site.
- Design & proposal — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal so scope and cost are clear before commitment.
- Production & logistics — Off-site fabrication, technical preparation, transport and crew scheduling planned around the site window.
- Install, operate, dismantle — On-site build, testing, show support and a planned breakdown with the site handed back as agreed.
Frequently asked questions
Are you an official supplier to AlUla festivals?
No. We work for clients — sponsors, agencies, organisers or brands — who appoint us for their part of a programme, under the destination’s approvals.
Can you light installations at night without spoiling the setting?
Yes — we design controlled, directional lighting and agree levels and hours with the site so the landscape stays the focus.
Do you have an office or workshop in this location?
Our head office is in Manama, Bahrain, and we run Saudi projects with production capability in Riyadh. We plan delivery to each location project by project — travelling crews, transport and local suppliers where needed — rather than claiming a local office.
