Esports Fan Zone Production
A fan zone gives the crowd watching a tournament somewhere to gather — big screens, seating, sponsor booths and activities built around the live action.
A gathering point for the crowd
Not every fan watching a tournament has a seat at the main stage, so a fan zone extends the event outward: a big-screen viewing area, casual play stations and sponsor activations that keep the audience engaged before and between matches.
Our scope covers LED viewing screens, tiered or lounge seating, sponsor booths and activation counters, casual gaming and merchandise areas, wayfinding and queue management, and the staffing to keep it running across the event days.
We build fan zones for organisers, venues, sponsors and corporate clients supporting esports events; we are not affiliated with any tournament organiser, league or rights-holder.

Where we build fan zones
We build esports fan zones in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar, and in Bahrain including Manama, alongside tournament venues, convention centres and arenas.
Zones are sized to expected footfall, from a modest viewing corner to a large multi-activity area supporting several thousand attendees across an event.
We coordinate closely with the main stage production team so screen content and timing stay in sync with live matches.
How we build a fan zone
- 1. Brief & audience — Expected footfall, event schedule and the sponsor activations to include.
- 2. Layout & concept — Zone plan, screen placement and seating presented as a visual concept.
- 3. Site approvals — Venue sign-off, power, access and safety requirements confirmed.
- 4. Build & install — Screens, seating, booths and signage produced and installed on schedule.
- 5. Live event days — Staffing, crowd management and technical support throughout the tournament.
- 6. De-rig & report — Fast breakdown and a photographic and attendance record of the zone.
