Gaming Brand Activations

Gamers spend hours in a venue and expect more than a banner — an activation booth with a game or experience worth queueing for turns that time into brand attention.

Earning attention in a gaming crowd

A gaming audience is used to interactive content, so a static booth reads as background noise. We design activations built around an activity — a demo, a mini-game, an AR or VR experience — that gives a sponsor a reason for people to stop.

Our scope covers booth design and build, AR/VR and interactive stations, branded merchandise and giveaway counters, queue and crowd management, staffing, and screen content that ties the activation back to the brand story.

We support sponsors, corporate clients and brands activating around gaming and esports events; we are not affiliated with any tournament organiser, publisher or platform ourselves.

Where we build activations

We build gaming brand activations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar, and in Bahrain including Manama, at conventions, malls, gaming events and corporate campaigns.

Builds range from a compact demo counter to a full branded booth with multiple interactive stations and a dedicated queue system.

We produce structure and branding in-house and coordinate with technical partners on game builds, AR/VR content or bespoke software where needed.

How we plan an activation

  1. 1. Brief & objectives — Brand goals, target audience, venue and the activity concept.
  2. 2. Concept design — Booth layout, activity flow and branding presented as a visual concept.
  3. 3. Content & technical build — Interactive content, AR/VR or demo stations built and tested.
  4. 4. Fit-out & install — Structure, branding and technical systems produced and installed on schedule.
  5. 5. Live operation — Staffing, queue management and technical support running throughout the event.
  6. 6. De-rig & report — Fast breakdown, site handback and a photographic record of the activation.

Gaming brand activations — common questions

Can you build a custom mini-game for our activation?

We coordinate with technical and content partners to adapt or build simple interactive content for your booth.

Do you provide AR or VR headsets and setup?

Yes, we design the physical station and coordinate the AR/VR hardware and content with technical partners.

Can the activation include a prize or giveaway mechanic?

Yes, we design queue flow and prize counters that tie participation to a giveaway.

How much space does a typical activation need?

That depends on the activity — a demo counter can fit a small footprint, while a multi-station booth needs a larger area.
