Permanent AV Systems Integration
Design your venue media system around daily operation. We engineer and integrate displays, audio, playback and show control for museums, visitor centres, showrooms and immersive fit-outs, with systems commissioning, operator handover and agreed support.
The installed system must be usable after the production crew leaves
Permanent AV systems engineering connects the room, the content and the people responsible for operating it. A screen needs appropriate viewing distance and service access; audio needs useful coverage without spilling into the next exhibit; playback needs predictable startup and a recoverable failure state. We translate these requirements into a coordinated project specification.
Our AV delivery brings media systems into the architecture and exhibit design, from equipment specification and installation to control integration and acceptance testing. We work with the client’s network and electrical teams to establish the power, connectivity and access needed for daily operation.
Equipment, specialist control software and any manufacturer commissioning are selected for the approved brief. The proposal defines system design, installation, control integration and acceptance testing, together with licences, site infrastructure requirements and post-handover maintenance options.
Scope & deliverables
Systems engineering & design
Map signal routes, display positions, audio zones and rack/service access. Document power, network and building interfaces that the site team must confirm.
AV & content integration
Integrate displays, projection, speakers and media playback with the approved content formats, resolution, acoustics and exhibit housings.
Show control programming scope
Agree start/stop routines, presets and synchronized cues using selected systems. Programming deliverables and supported interfaces are specified in the control schedule.
Technical commissioning
Test each signal path, content playback, audio balance, startup sequence and recovery behaviour. Acceptance criteria are agreed before installation.
Operator handover
Provide the agreed system inventory, connection diagrams, routine operating instructions and operator familiarisation. Document administrative account ownership securely.
Maintenance & lifecycle plan
Itemise preventive visits, software updates, consumables, spare parts and replacement access. Support hours and response arrangements require an agreed contract.
Technical requirements & site interfaces
Provide site drawings, existing equipment details, content examples, room use, daily operating hours and any environmental or acoustic constraints. Identify the venue IT, electrical and building-services contacts and any equipment the client intends to retain.
Systems need confirmed power and approved network access. Where remote support is required, we agree authorised secure access with the venue team. The design keeps life-safety systems independent of creative show control.
Our Bahrain HQ and Riyadh production capability support projects across Saudi Arabia and the region. The handover records installed hardware ownership, software licences, editable control files and warranties, with maintenance services defined in the support agreement.
From brief to handover
- 1. Survey & asset review — Confirm the space, existing systems and operational objectives.
- 2. Technical scope — Agree specifications, interfaces and responsibilities.
- 3. Content & control review — Test sample media and define operator routines.
- 4. Installation — Coordinate AV, fit-out, cables and site services.
- 5. Commissioning & acceptance — Record system tests, faults and agreed acceptance.
- 6. Handover & support — Transfer documentation and accounts; activate contracted support.
Common project questions
Is this the same as temporary event AV?
No. Permanent systems are planned for recurring operation, service access and documented handover. Event AV remains a separate service for live programmes and temporary installations.
Can you reuse existing equipment?
We assess condition, compatibility, documentation and support status. Reuse is proposed only where it suits the approved system and acceptance criteria.
Do you include ongoing maintenance?
Maintenance can be scoped separately with visit schedules, responsibilities and support arrangements. The support agreement defines the duration, visit schedule and response arrangements.
Who owns licenses and control files?
The contract records account and license ownership, supported software and the editable documentation or files included in handover. Third-party license restrictions remain applicable.
