Event & experience production for mega-projects
We are a production partner for the developers, contractors, operators and agencies behind Saudi Arabia's giga-projects and large developments. We produce the events, experiences and fit-outs that tell those projects' stories — destination launches, partner and supplier summits, sales galleries and visitor centres, immersive rooms, museum-style storytelling, permanent AV and show control, custom scenic fabrication and exhibition pavilions — from one-off moments to programmes rolled out across several sites.
Telling a project's story before it is built
Large developments have to persuade investors, partners, buyers, residents and visitors long before they open. That happens through launches, summits, sales galleries, visitor centres and exhibition pavilions — physical places where the vision becomes something people can walk through. We design and produce those places: the scenic build, models and interpretation, AV and immersive content, lighting and show control, and the events that bring audiences to them.
Our scope is event, experience and fit-out production — not the construction of the projects themselves. We work inside the client's procurement, design-review and site-access processes, alongside the developer's architects, contractors and brand teams, and we deliver structural, electrical and specialist installation elements with qualified partners where they are needed.
Remote sites change the plan. Destinations in the northwest, along the Red Sea coast or in the desert bring long transport routes, limited accommodation, heat, wind and controlled site access. We plan logistics, crew scheduling, installation and handover around those conditions, and for permanent galleries and visitor centres we agree maintenance and content updates as part of the scope.

Destinations, programmes — and what to send us
Our destination guides cover the planning context for Qiddiya, The Red Sea, AMAALA, NEOM, AlUla and Diriyah, and our Saudi mega-events hub covers the wider calendar. These pages describe how we plan production in each setting; they do not claim appointments by those projects. Supplier registration, design review and site access are set by each client and site operator, and we work to their process.
A useful brief includes: the project or destination and the site or city; whether the work is an event, a temporary experience or a permanent gallery or centre; the audience and approximate visitor or guest numbers; dates or opening targets; drawings, brand guidelines and content you already have; site conditions and access rules; maintenance or rollout needs; and an indicative budget.
How we work with you
- Brief — Share the event type, site or venue, dates if confirmed, audience and objectives.
- Site & rules check — We review access, power, rigging and the organiser or landlord rules that apply to this site.
- Design & proposal — Concept, 3D visuals and an itemised proposal so scope and cost are clear before commitment.
- Production & logistics — Off-site fabrication, technical preparation, transport and crew scheduling planned around the site window.
- Install, operate, dismantle — On-site build, testing, show support and a planned breakdown with the site handed back as agreed.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build the developments themselves?
No. We produce the events, experiences and fit-outs around them — launches, summits, sales galleries, visitor centres, immersive rooms, pavilions and permanent AV. Construction of the project stays with its contractors.
Are you an approved supplier to these giga-projects?
We are an independent production company. Each project and operator runs its own supplier registration and procurement; we register and respond through their process for each brief and work for developers, contractors, operators and agencies inside it.
Can you deliver at remote destination sites?
Yes, with logistics planned per project — what is prefabricated and transported, what is sourced closer to site, crew accommodation and the site's access and HSE rules. Timings are confirmed once the site and dates are known.
Do you maintain permanent galleries and visitor centres?
Where it is part of the scope, yes — preventive maintenance, content updates and support are agreed per project after commissioning and handover.
Do you have an office or workshop in this location?
Our head office is in Manama, Bahrain, and we run Saudi projects with production capability in Riyadh. We plan delivery to each location project by project — travelling crews, transport and local suppliers where needed — rather than claiming a local office.
